La nostra spaziosa villa con quattro camere da letto si trova presso il Tesoro Ixtapa Resort all-inclusive, incastonato perfettamente tra l'Oceano Pacifico e le montagne tropicali.

Questa villa a due piani dispone di quattro camere da letto + soppalco (1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale / 1 matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo + 1 letto matrimoniale / 2 letti singoli, 2 letti a castello, 1 futon) e 4 bagni. Entrambi i piani presentano pavimenti in marmo con una grande cucina a vista, una zona pranzo e un soggiorno con finestre a vista a vista.

Vacanza molto bella!

Imprecisazione all’inizio su alcune condizioni, ma presto chiarite con l’amministratore Tim in loco, il quale é stato sempre presente e attivo. Tutto molto bene. La signora Maria gentile e disponibile. Unico neo la wifi che non funziona nella zona notte ! A volte un po’ di casotto vista la vicinanza con la spiaggia e la piscina. Però in generale tutto ok! Consiglio vivamente.

(BEWARE) Not as advertised

The Villa was double booked despite us reserving it 5 months prior. We were down graded to a separate location that was away from restaurants and stores. I highly advice you to look elsewhere because the owner and the property manager do not communicate effectively and could potentially double book your stay which is what happened to us. It seems to me like they do this often.

Paradise

Loved our stay at Villa 12. Main floor very spacious; comfortable furniture. So enjoyed the ocean side patio and sound and sites of the ocean for morning coffee. Beautiful pool with comfy lounge chairs. Short walk to amenities in Ixtapa. Kitchen has great appliances; air fryer might be nice! Very easy to communicate with owners and managers. Can hardly wait to return.

We are a group of senior ladies who like to travel. This is the 4th time we have stayed at the Villa and we love it because of the location, use of Tesoro facilities, and the beach is the best.

Resort smack in the middle of the crescent beach.

The property is beachfront, yet adjacent to the pool and the rest of the resort. The kitchen was spacious, as was the living area. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was in working order (kitchen faucet had a drip). Jair at the property management was responsive to every question or request we had during our 12 day stay. The beach was safe and fun during the Holidays. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in Ixtapa and Zihua. Lots to do in this area. Taxis are reasonable and seem to have fixed prices to/from Zihua. Beautiful place.

The location it offers is excellent, approximately 10 meters from the beach, it has parking and total privacy, you have the pool on one side, it seems to me that it is one of the best options since you are extremely close to the beach and the pool which makes it very comfortable, also the very well-equipped kitchen and the rooms with good space and clean.

Good value for the money.

We were 9 people in total, we stayed for 6 nights, the house was very spacious, everything was very nice, the house is within a hotel area but it didnt bother us. All in all the whole experience was very good! I give it an 9 out of 10.

Family Vacation

Amazing place to stay and Amazing staff. It's just like you see it in the add. I welcome anyone that has doubts in renting it, the pictures and website It's real. Beautiful home for the whole family

We enjoyed the entire experience staying here. We drank the first (complimentary) jug of water on the first day. Front desk offered very little assistance however the bell man, Raphael, was happy to have two new ones brought over (for 50 pesos each) The kitchen is fully stocked, including storage containers for leftovers. The beds are very comfortable, the showers have great water pressure, the towels are good quality, the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking, seating for eight around the kitchen table and six on the outdoor patio. Additional information: The two rooms opposite to the master only have one electrical plug available to use, two if you unplug the lamps. Plan to bring a multi-plug for ease of use. Internet (wifi) does not reach the second floor. For tourists, bring a wifi extender or plan to be on the main floor. The screen is not connected to the base of the door therfore it doesn't offer full protection. 90% locals stay at this hotel. Not an issue for me as my inlaws are local. The nightly entertainment was good fun. Don't miss the Mexican show on Sundays, it was beautiful.

great location

overall it was great. the location with house facing the beach is fabulous. there was an issue with washer/dryer cabinet being locked. we called several times and was told they had to get us a key to the cabinet. that never happened so when the housekeeper came to clean she opened it and told us the washer didn't work, only the dryer. there were also dirty dishes in the cabinets.

Perfection!

Our group had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Villa. So clean, comfortable, relaxing! All appliances worked perfectly. Plenty of options for showering and space to put clothing, get ready for a day on the beach (steps away) or to town. Still hearing the sound of the waves and remembering the unbelievable sunsets! Axel is the Man. Very responsive and helpful. The food and drinks we bought at the resort were excellent! Check in and out was a breeze! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at Tesoro Resort Condo

We travelled to Ixtapa from Canada as a family of 5 (husband/wife and three adult children) and have been to the area multiple times over the past 10 years spent entirely at all-inclusive resorts. This was our first time renting a condo and after spending 10 days over Xmas/New Years, we are definitely sold on condo living in Ixtapa. The pictures provided are accurate, the condo is clean and spacious, has all the amenities and sleeps three adult couples quite comfortably. Not sure I would add a 4th adult couple but kids/teenagers for sure, as the condo does sleep 10 with bunks and pull outs. The owners are good at getting back to you if asked questions, and Axel (property rep) and Carmen (housekeeper) are awesome! We had one maintenance hiccup with the gas stove, but Axel was on it, and it was fixed the same day. The only other issue (if we can call it that) was we had planned to have the condo’s other staff member cook for us over the 10 days, but she was on holidays. Only advice would be to ensure this is lined up before you arrive, as it took some time to find a replacement cook who unfortunately was only available for the last half of our trip. Understandable given the holiday season. However, Rosa Elia was wonderful and prepared two meals for our family that were amazing! Having someone local to the area come in and provide a food and cultural experience to our family was incredible and would highly recommend! For those that have never travelled to Ixtapa, the beach is the best and the condo makes it even better being only 25 steps away. We did not use the pool, as we spent our time on the beach, but it was very busy and line-ups at the bar could be very long. We were grateful to just pop into the condo to top up our beverages! We would definitely consider returning! Thank you to Axel, Carmen, Rosa Elia and Lisa/Jeff for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise. We had a wonderful trip!

Family vacation

The location of the villa is perfect and is steps to the pool and beach. The sunset views from the ocean front patio and balcony are beautiful. The villa provided lots of space for our family to relax inside and out. Walking distance to restaurants, markets and a small grocery store which was very convenient. Axel the property manager was very responsive to anything we needed. The only downfall is the pool was very busy and there were two weddings in front of the villa during our stay. We enjoyed this long awaited vacation. Thank you.

Not as described and dirty

Communication was great until we had paid in full for the place. There wasn’t a dish washer or a grill. Those two reasons are why we rented the place. Who wants to do dishes by hand when there 6 or more people? We had 10. I like to cook outside especially when I have so many guests that’s why I’m upset about no grill being there. We almost ran out of toilet paper and we’re told go to the front desk for the TP and water when we ran out. The front desk had no idea what we were talking about. We also had to provide our own water after the jug went empty. There’s what seems to be mold around all the edges where water comes from. I.e. sinks, toilets, showers etc. Let’s hope I get one of the 4 nights refunded. Probably not though, because like I said before, there’s no communication after you fully pay.

Beautiful view

The view to the beach is beautiful. The villa was well kept on the inside and out. The owners and property manager were very friendly and easy to get ahold of. They made us feel welcomed and accommodated our requests. We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend this to anyone!

Just What We Were Looking For

The Villa was wonderful with everything we needed. Perfectly located next to the pool and the beach with gorgeous ocean and palm tree views. Weddings on Friday and Saturday nights are quite loud but fun to watch as they took place right in front of the patio. (Noise did not continue past midnight.) Axel was very prompt and immediately responded to any questions we had. We had a very fun and busy week - deep and inshore fishing, Picante evening sail, snorkeling Ixtapa Island, surfing Las Saladitas, dining at Kau Kan, Tentaciones and El Faro and shopping in Ixtapa and Zihua. We are excited for our next trip and would certainly be happy to stay here again!

Awesome stay!

Take the family to Ixtapa as often as possible. We live in Houston TX. And my wife's family lives in Mexico. So we try to get together for family time, and the accommodation s were perfect for the amount of people we had as well as price. This was definitely our best stay, will be visiting again!
