A great base.

Prefect location. Modern decor.The apartment is small but we managed as a family of 2 adults, 14 year old and an 10 year old. Would recommend. Only down side is the apartment does not have WiFi.

Great Stay

Easy access via lock box. Very clean and tidy, comfy beds, very good shower after a day on the slopes. Great location, easy for getting from the Parking to the apartment. Plenty of storage. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and host for a stay in Avoriaz. 😊

Easter break in Avoriaz

We had a fantastic time here. Though compact, the flat had everything we needed. The views were fantastic, the shops were close, it was a short ski down to the Village des Enfants and the ski lifts, the flat was warm and the beds were comfy. All in all, a fantastic stay and we will be visiting again!

Superb Avoriaz Studio

Perfect size for our family of 3 (2 Adults & 1 Child). Location is excellent with supermarket, restaurants and ski hire below. Short ski to all lifts. Apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. Fantastic views from the balcony. Owners communication was excellent and very helpful. We are already considering a return next year!

Snowboxx week

Fantastic appartment. Well equiped, clean and comfortable. Decor was lovely as recently refurbed. Location amazing for slopes, festival and downtown bars and restaurants and supermarket. As a pedestrian only resort the apartment is so close to the coach/carpark. So need need for a snow taxi and not far to walk with luggage. Host Jean Marc avaialble by phone when needed and responded straight away either by phone or on messages before and during the trip. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely stay again and recomend to anyone. Thank you for a great stay. Kerrie and Charlotte

Great little base!

We are a family of 4 with two young children and the apartment was just right for us. The bunk beds were sturdy and comfortable and the sofa bed was the most comfortable we've slept on. Kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. A washing machine would have been a bonus but there is a launderette across the road so it wasn't an issue. The apartment is compact and lacking a little on storage but we just about managed. It's very well located and close to the car park so not far to walk when you get to the resort - a bonus with 2 young children! Supermarket, ski hire and restaurants all in the base of the building. 5 minute walk into the center which is downhill from the apartment block - another bonus when skiing your kids down to the ski school! The only downside for us was that it was quite noisy at night, but that was mainly due to the festival happening at the back of the block. However, I understand this is not a regular / annual event and we just dropped on a bad week. We also had our sled stolen from outside the apartment door, so would advise any one hiring one to keep it on the balcony! All in all we had a fantastic week in this small but perfectly formed apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Jean marc was a very helpful and attentive host :)

Séjour DOUCHKA

Nous connaissons bien Avoriaz pour y être allé pendant plus de 15 ans. l'appartement est très bien placé dans le quartier de la Falaise, bien rénové, agréable et propre avec une vue superbe sur le village. Seule ombre au tableau, l'annonce indique qu'il y a le wifi alors que le propriétaire ne l'a pas installé. Il faut donc louer une box au syndicat d'initiative à 39 la semaine. Sans wifi la télé ne fonctionne pas non plus correctement. J'aurais aimé en être averti avant de réserver.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Avoriaz. L'appartement était conforme à l'annonce, très confortable et très bien situé dans la station. Le fait d'être en étage élevé ajoute une superbe vue sur la station... Je recommande donc cette location

Moderne et bien situé

Tres bon séjour, excellente communication avec Jean Marc le propriétaire. Appartement propre et bien rénové, petite odeur pas tres agreable.le.matin dans la salle de bain, mais disparaît en journee. Appartement calme en soi, n ayant pas de couloir interieur commun, voisin calme durant le séjour, tres bien. En revanche rue bruyante...pas inputable au logement lui-même, mais dès 6h le matin on entend les engins a chenilles dans la rue...et ceux fournissant le Spar. Emplacement super.

Cela doit etre un évènement épisodique spécifique à votre séjour car les locataires qui sont arrivés après vous n'ont rien signalé de particulier et je n'ai jamais eu d'autre retour à ce sujet....affaire à suivre. Hébergement parfait pour une semaine parfaite

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cet appartement : emplacement idéal proche du quai de déchargement, et à 2 pas du cœur de la station. Le boulevard des skieurs se récupère en quelques minutes, de même que le départ ESF. L’appartement en lui même est parfait, comme neuf, il ne manque rien à l’intérieur. Tout a été très clair du début à la fin des échanges : je recommande sans aucune hésitation 👍

Appartement parfaitement équipé et situé

L'appartement refait à neuf est très joliment décoré et très bien équipé. La situation est parfaite, juste à côté des quais de débarquement, ce qui est vraiment pratique par rapport à la configuration d'Avoriaz.
