House was very nice, centrally located and the host was very responsive. Would have preferred Keurig for coffee and more parking but that was all disclosed before we booked.

Beautiful and spacious townhome that was very close to downtown. Would definitely recommend booking this gem. Large enough for multiple families to stay together. Would stay there again.

Perfect arrangements for 5 adults and 2 children! Convenient to biking trails and town. We cooked most of the meals during our stay and the townhouse had every single thing we needed to prepare and serve, including a bbq grill. Of course the pinball machine was a hit too! We’ll definitely return to this unit!

Great Place. Steamboat Lodging Co. was so easy to communicate with and they were very helpful. My only wish is that is was a little closer to the slopes.

Loved our Family Retreat at Emerald View

The townhouse was like new, with plenty of kitchen equipment, comfy living area, and great big table for our crew of 8. We took full advantage of the shuttle, a great service since it was snowing most of the week.

Fabulous home

This home was both beautiful and comfortable. The bedding and nice linens were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked, and really everything was high quality. The shuttle service was amazingly easy to use and came right to the front of the home. We would definitely recommend this home for skiers visiting Steamboat.

Fantastic Property & Shuttle Service

Property is just as described. Kitchen is better stocked than most VRBOs we have stayed in. Everything was super clean. The winter shuttle service was top notch and a lifesaver for those skiing. Last but not least, property management was all over communication and simply checking in to make sure everything was going well.

Fantastic Place

Checked all the boxes for my family on our ski trip. Great layout of the condo and very well kept. As a first timer to Steamboat was worried about location not walkable to resort but this turned out not to be a problem at all with shuttle and parking options, and was actually super convinient being close to other shopping and downtown.

Great Accommodations!!

We were in town for a wedding and this property exceeded our expectations. The condo was very nicely furnished and stocked nicely. There wasn't a single thing in the kitchen or bathrooms that were not available to us. I especially liked the master bath and closet. So roomy!! The host was accessible for any questions and they had quick response rates.

We loved this place!

We stayed here in September just as the leaves were starting to change. Amazing views of the ski area from the living room- we enjoyed the alpenglow from the spacious front deck. The entire unit is well thought out and extremely well appointed- right down to the full sized pinball machine in the rec room! Plenty of room for the whole group to each have a floor, and a garage to boot! Highly recommended for a larger family that likes to be able to have their own space apres ski!

An absolutely wonderful place!

We so enjoyed our stay at Emerald View. There were 4 adults, two grandsons 12 and 20. It was quiet, beautifully decorated, and completely stocked with all the essentials and then some. One of the best features was a large deck FACING EAST. No need for shades or other items to block bright sunshine at happy hour. Oh yes—great staff. They promised to let us know if the unit would be ready before the official check in time. How about that? Hope we can enjoy Emerald View again.

Perfect condo

This condo is in a great location. The shuttle service makes it very easy to get back and forth from the mountain. Very spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms. Convenient having washer dryer. Ski storage in the garage. Beautiful views from all bedrooms. Ski slope views from the living and dining area. Lots of kitchen equipment. Plenty of plates and glasses. Lovely entry for taking off shoes and hanging coats. I would highly recommend.

Gorgeously appointed and close to EVERYTHING!

Quick 3 day weekend to Steamboat, with sons and grandparents. First time the grandparents travelled since COVID, and they were so happy about how wonderful the condo was. So beautifully decorated, had everything you could possibly need (and we did) for big dinners in! Kitchen is gorgeous! Three bedroom areas were all on seperate floors which allowed for privacy for all. The game room up top was so much fun for the teens, and the dining area and big seating area on the balcony gave everyone some where to go, with wonderful surroundings!! I highly recommend this listing and will def be back! LOVED IT!!!!

Perfect Family Retreat

I live in Steamboat and had family from all over coming to spend Thanksgiving here. I searched for somewhere for them all to stay and for us to have our Thanksgiving at. I found this Emerald View home and it checked all the boxes in my search... but when arrived it checked so much more and was the PERFECT place for my family. It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kids and adults alike had space to relax, be together and separate. The kitchen had everything we needed for a large Thanksgiving meal to be prepared and eaten. We all agreed this was our new and forever home that we would be back again and again!

Not what expecting

Let's start with what is wonderful about this home. We loved the area and the loction is good. It's convenient to everything. It is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is amazing with high end appliances and pots and pans, very well equipped. The view of the slopes is beautiful as well. HOWEVER, this home is 2300 sq ft + but not depicted as is actually laid out. The living area is small and the dining area is so tight you can't walk behind the table. It is 1/2 walled off from the main area. Most of the house is in the bedrooms. The bottom level bedroom, while very large, is horrible. The smell from the room, the sheets and bedding was so terrible I had to sleep in another room. It smelled like sweaty bodies, sheets and bedding that hadn't been laundered in ages. Pillows in ALL the rooms smelled old and used. And easy fix to give the appearance of cleanliness. While the view and deck were beautiful, they pictures don't show the deck is over the parking lot. Most of the view is of cars and the other townhouses. The "deck" off the primary bedroom is small and has a high top table but NO CHAIRS. So it's not useable. The garage, which is part of the reason we chose this rental doesn't say there is a car stored in the garage. We have E bikes that need to be under lock and key and why we chose a "garage". There was barely enough room for our car, let alone bikes. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this rental. I feel the pictures were misleading and the bedding, rugs, need some serious attention to cleanliness.

Very Nice Place

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! Everything is top notch and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the living and family rooms are very nice, the host is very responsive, and communication is excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

Steam boat lodge was an amazing experience?

The property was unbelievably clean and super close to the main gondola !!! We had such an amazing time exploring downtown and shredding up the slopes! Our driver Micheal was exceptional with locations to eat and visit! Also gave us insight on where to ski the best areas of the mountain! Thanks again steam Boat lodge for ur hospitality

Great property for large families!

Kids loved the pinball and upper “kids loft”. Great views of Sleeping Giant out rear and Ski mountain out the front.
