We liked that you thought the home was in perfect condition we continually are maintaining the home, pool and landscaping, we have some really good people working with us and being very hands on like we are, we own and manage only our homes directly which makes a big difference. As you found you talk to us and communicate with all the time from booking to staying to after the stay. The house is on a gated community and is controlled by access and is secured. The house location is really as we think the very best its only really minutes to the parks not like many others. Lastly, it’s about having everything you need to have a great vacation, Pool, Spa, outside furniture, and games room. Thanks again for staying with us hope to see you again soon.

Things can happen, but we always try our best. The pool heating was hard this year with record cold but we just had to run the pool and heaters longer.
