Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is perfect in order to have a break in the French Riviera.
This nice 67 sq. m flat, newly refurbished, is situated on the 4th floor (with elevator) and includes:
- a long balcony with a lateral view on the sea,
- a comfortable living-room,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a very well-equipped kitchen ( kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- AC.
Please note that despite its presence in the photos, the apartment does not have a working washing machine.

Very close to the train station (8 min by foot) and the beach (2 min), you will be able to walk to all the places that make Juan-les-Pins famous : the casino (10 min), the PinĂšde garden full of squirrels (15 min), the Gould Square where the Jazz Ă Juan Festival is taking place (12 min)⊠You will also be just nearby all the bars, restaurants and nightclubs that animate the seaside resort. At last, in just 20 min by walk, you will be in the heart of the Old Antibes and could enjoy its Provençal market, the Picasso museum, the harborâŠ
