We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the property without receiving the access information you were expecting and to have difficulty reaching our team. Regarding the air conditioning, we do want to clarify that **the issue was addressed and fixed after it was reported to us**. We’re disappointed to hear that you felt your attempts to reach our team were not handled as they should have been. We also appreciate your recognition that the home itself is nice and in a great location. We’re sorry we were only able to provide a 1-star experience and regret that the communication and cooling concerns overshadowed the positive aspects of the property. We’re also pleased to hear that when you initially reported the issues with the jetted tub and steam shower, our team responded promptly and had maintenance address them, even on New Year’s Day. We’re sorry, however, that the jetted tub continued to have an issue and that you were ultimately unable to enjoy it during your stay. We appreciate your comments regarding the condition and age of the home, appliances, and furnishings. We understand that the style and age of a property may not suit every guest, while also recognizing that worn furnishings or older appliances can affect the overall experience. We’re also sorry to hear about the sewer odor you experienced on the lower level.
