Lovely host, great neighborhood

Very kind & helpful host, spacious apartment, great neighborhood with everything in walking distance. Only surprise was that there was no tub as pictured but kids didn’t mind skipping the bath. Great stay!

A very new shower has just been built and I am sorry I didn't have time to change the picture. A lot of guests didn't appreciate the tub because it was small so we put a big, comfortable and modern shower. Sorry for the missing new picture. Kind regards

Great place or family stay

We had a great stay. Family of 5 in Paris for a week visiting Paris city centre and Disneyland. Great location to access both. Lovely local area to explore. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen, washing machine, and space for all the family without being crowded. Thank you Tessa!

Excellent stay!

Perfect location next to the metro and RER on the bus line. The flat is exceptionally beautiful and comfortable, and Tessa is very kind and welcoming! We will be back for sure! She even made us a chocolate cake that was delicious. Thank you so much!

First of all, the property itself: very spacious with three full bedrooms, clean as well as functional. Makes for a very comfortable getaway. The layout of the apartment allows for a continuous draft of fresh air throughout. Second the hosts : Tessa and her husband are very present and dedicated. They welcomed us personally and continuously checked throughout our stay if we needed anything. Finally they came as we left to wave us goodbye. Finally the location: only 3 subway stops from the gates of Paris, and more importantly right next to one of the nicest parks of Paris. (Bois de Vincennes) that offers walks, bike rides and boat rentals in a refreshing and safe setting. We highly recommend this place. Note: we stayed for two full weeks in July 2022.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. (Keine Spülmaschine, aber die haben wir auch nicht wirklich gebraucht, die paar Teller kann man auch mal eben spülen). Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation.Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch ist, da alle Parkplätze im öffentlichen Raum in der Nähe kostenpflichtig sind. Fussweg zum RER Richtung Paris ca. 15 Minuten, zur Metro bzw. RER Richtung Disneyland ca. 25 Minuten Fussweg. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 100m von der Wohnung entfernt, ein etwas grösserer in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen.Einziger winzig kleiner Nachteil: Das Mehrfamilienhaus ist schon sehr hellhörig, wer (wie wir) an ein Einfamilienhaus in kleinstädtischer Umgebung gewöhnt ist, muss sich in den ersten 1-2 Tagen erst einmal an die Verkehrsgeräusche und den Lärm der Nachbarn in der Wohnung darüber gewöhnen. Aber man ist halt in Paris und nicht auf dem Land, deshalb sollte dies bitte nur als Hinweis aufgefasst werden, nicht als Beschwerde.

Eine Woche mit Familie in Paris

Tessa ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Die Wohnung ist mit drei Schlafzimmern sehr gut aufgeteilt (wir waren drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder). Das Bad ist neu und sehr gut, dazu Waschmaschine und Trockner, die wir allerdings nicht gebraucht haben. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden (keine Spülmaschine, aber das wussten wir). Die Elektrogeräte sind gut, die Küchenmöbel schon älter und etwas unkomfortabel. Zum Frühstück und für ein warmes Abendessen hat es aber gereicht. Auf dem Sofa wurde es abends etwas eng. Die Kinder haben sich über die Smart-TVs gefreut. Gutes WLAN. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen, kann man Metro und RER nutzen. Beides geht zu Fuß, aber es gibt auch einen Bus, der fast direkt vor der Tür fährt. Das Stadtviertel ist sehr ordentlich. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Tessa hat auf alle Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Für unsere Woche in Paris war die Wohnung gut geeignet.

joli appartement - nice appartment - schöne Wohnung

Pour nous comme familie avec des enfants agé 17,15 et 11 ans c'était l'appartement parfait pour visiter Paris, propre, calme et bien équipé. L'arrêt de bus pour aller au Metro ou RER est á 100 m, il y a plusieurs supermarchés, boulangeries et restaurants et même une piscine à moin de 5 minutes á pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Für uns als Familie mit 3 Kindern, 17, 15 und 11 Jahre alt, war dies die perfekte Wohnung für unsere mehrtägige Parisreise. Sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Bushaltestellen um zur Metro/RER zu kommen sind etwa 100 m entfernt, mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants finden sich fußläufig in max. 5 min., auch ein Schwimmbad ist in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter.
