Located on the top floor of an exceptional house from 1766, this large apartment (130 m2) with your own entrance, completely independent, offers a very bright living room and oriented south Paris, opening onto a beautiful outdoor passageway.

3 very comfortable rooms for up to 6 people.

New kitchen, fully equipped, induction hob, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Tea towels provided.

The travelers have access to all the floor, its terrace and its passageway, completely independent entrance.

There is a bus 100 meters from the apartment which takes you in 5 minutes to the station for Paris Opera or the Palace of Versailles.

This same bus can also take you in 10 minutes to a metro station to go directly to the center of Paris (Champs-Elysees for example).

You can park your car for free in our street.

There are several shops (general food store, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, etc.) at 300 meters as well as restaurants close to the house (in particular, at 300 meters the Café des Artistes at the edge of the ponds of Corot).

This pond site is beautiful, very bucolic and peaceful.

We stayed at this lovely property to have some downtime after a busy tour of France. We enjoyed the spaciousness and outlook. Having two toilets when sharing with friends is also a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped if choosing to stay in. We were close to restaurants, shops and public transport plus there was a lovely walk around two lakes close by. You can see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night from the lounge/balcony and it was a 15 minute UBer ride to Versailles for a spot of shopping. There are three flights of stairs to navigate to the apartment but so worth it when you arrive at this oasis.

Great family vacation in Paris

Xavier and Camille were amazing hosts. Our flight landed a little early and they were still able to accommodate us. The place is within walking distance of a bakery, grocery store and several restaurants. The AC units kept us cool during the heatwave we were there. Great communication with the hosts and every need was immediately taken care of.

Amazing weekend in Paris!

This weekend stay with 4 adult friends in Paris was incredible! In a quiet, smaller neighborhood of Paris it was full of great food, close to the metro, and had breathtaking views. The hosts were very accommadating, especially since I messed up the reservation and only said one person was coming, and they quickly fixed the sleeping situation. They were easy to communicate with, and they provided great recommendations in the area!Highly recommended for anyone traveling to this area!

Nice comfortable apartment with park and city views and a great place to relax after seeing the Paris sights. We used the train and bus to get into the city and Versailles, and shopped in the 'U' and the local Pizza food truck for dinners. A great place. Recommend ))

I just can't say enough about our time here and the beautiful village. Xavier and Camille went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent stay. Christmas is Paris

The apartment is stunning and Xavier and Camille are the perfect hosts. It is located outside the city limits of Paris; however, public transportation is easy to navigate. The town of Ville de’Avray is charming and has everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we ever return, I would stay here again.

Such a wonderful apartment, location and hosts. Our family of four had a fantastic time using this apartment as a base for trips to Versailles, central Paris and to Rock en Seine in August. The apartment is well stocked with everything you could need, is immaculately presented, spotlessly clean, and the hosts are kind and generous with their communications and hospitality. Our 20 and 17 year old sons and my wife and I loved our rooms, the views from the terrace and the local market and shops. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. A family favourite.

First Family Trip to Paris!

Xavier & Camila were amazing host! The place is exactly what I wanted being close enough to visit the city but staying in a quiet beautiful neighborhood where we could visit a local bakery, grocery store & have easy access to public transportation! The hosts were available anytime we had question & the apartment was absolutely delightful! Wish we had one more day to enjoy it! We loved Paris it was so charming & everyone so hospitable!
