I would not recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris. There was no hospitality provided by the host. We were given the key by the housecleaner, who only spoke French. Consequently, we couldn't ask any questions and didn't understand how to use the key and fob to re-enter the property. Luckily, another tenant in the building showed us what to do after we were stuck outside for about 10 minutes. They do not provide standard amenities—including hand soap or toilet paper. There was part of a roll when we arrived, but we were almost out by the beginning of the third day, and we paid for a two-week stay. When I asked where toilet paper might be kept, I was told, "We do not offer hotel or concierge services, so you will need to do your own shopping." The apartment has a washing machine, but no detergent is provided.Additionally, the property sits on an incredibly busy street. Traffic is constant and loud, even at 3am. Because it was so hot the first week, and the host refused to provide fans, we had to leave the windows open, making it almost impossible to sleep. Unlike other rentals, the host provided zero information or recommendations about the area. This host made no effort to make our stay enjoyable.
