Located in the sought-after location of Marina Del Rey, CA and Venice Beach within walking distance, you will find our luxurious and upscale high-rise condos in a fantastic community. The amenities in the building include three heated pools, a salon, daytime café and evening restaurant, full bar, laundry facilities, Postal Service, convenience store, room service, and for an extra charge: private tennis club, racquetball courts, very large gym with free weights machines, aerobics, steam rooms, saunas, massages, and Jacuzzis. If available, the owner would be happy to take you for a tour on his boat that is parked down at the marina.

The condo is fully remodeled with gorgeous new light wood floors throughout the entire house. Master bathroom comes fully remodeled with large Jacuzzi jet tub. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room hallway, and master bedroom providing you spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep. You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture in the very large balcony/patio or get some work done from the workstation overlooking the marina. Dining area provides space for up to six people or four more casual dining there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. Granite countertops, beautiful custom wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances create a welcoming pet upscale kitchen for you to entertain, make your favorite meals, we're just reheat some wonderful leftovers. You will find all of the best kitchen appliances and gadgets, Keurig single cup coffeemaker, and everything you could need during your stay. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, provide a comfy and cozy night's rest with comfortable king- (master bedroom) and queen- (guest room) sized beds and luxurious 650 thread-count linens with lots of pillows, and very large closets. You'll find flatscreen televisions and high speed WiFi Internet for you to enjoy the use of during your stay. The TV in the living room has lots of cable channels and the TV in the bedrooms are equipped with Netflix for endless entertainment options.

Beautiful condo overlooking the Marina.

Great location and easy access to many restuarants. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking needs. The amenities were spot on and we did use the pools and hot tub. I recommend this Condo for the relaxing views and location.

Amazing apartment

We had the best stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great location in LA. Brooke was so helpful and the check in process was easy. The apartment itself is so spacious and had everything we needed. Location is great, with everything you need close by, including restaurants and the super market, and so nice to be able to walk to mothers beach.

Beautiful Waterfront Marina Del Rey Condo

Spectacular views! Perfect location! We had an amazing month at this beautiful condo. The complex has everything - great gym, three pools (never crowded!), restaurant, and small market place. Plus, close walking distance to Ralph's and plaza with everything else you need. We found the residents to be very friendly and made some acquaintances while there. Brooke and Mike were on top of a couple of requests that we had when we first arrived and treated us very well. We would most definitely rent here again! Thank you Brooke and Mike!

The property is gorgeous. views heaven. Brooke a terrific manager and lovely to deal with. Bags sent in advance and handled marvelously by Mike Sudo and the building office. All needs attended to rapidly and graciously.

We stayed here for 6 weeks in 2016. Great location and views. Very convenient to all shopping and dining. Brooke was extremely accommodating and helpful with any question. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Marina Del Rey Condo

We stayed at Marina Del Rey for 5 nights and couldn't ask for a better place. The view is spectacular from the master bedroom and the living room; the website really doesn't do it justice. The condo is spacious and equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with their own shower, which was perfect because we travelled with another couple. In addition, the master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The condo was equipped with a Keurig and coffee which we enjoyed. The facilities are great with 3 pools, hot tubs, and gym. You pay extra ($25 per week) but it is well worth it. The location couldn't be better with 1 mile to Venice, 2 miles to Santa Monica pier, close to Universal Studios and downtown Hollywood (walk of fame, Rodeo Drive). Brooke is readily available if you have any concerns or questions. We will certainly return.

Great place!

I had to come to LA for work and I brought my family with. The marina view and nice open floorplan can't be beat! My family had a great time during the day--renting bikes, walked to the beach and along the marina, checked out Venice beach, even went to Universal Studious, which wasn't far. And there was a huge selection of restaurants in walking distance. It was great! And the condo was fully set up with everything we needed and super convenient. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

Amazing place!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 22 nights. We were very impressed by the clean, bright, spacious, and completely updated apartment the minute we set foot in it. The location is PERFECT and the view is AMAZING. Brooke was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The best part of the apartment was the balcony with the marina view. The kitchen was fully equipped as well as the cleaning equipments. I recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely come back again.

Great Accommodation and Location

Stayed here with my wife and two teenage 'boys'. First time to LA and couldn't have wished for more for a family holiday. Clean and comfortable accommodation with good facilities (paid a bit extra for the gym/tennis, but was worth it). Good location for both close activities (bars and restaurants) and access to the rest of LA (need a car if you want to do this properly). Brooke and Mike who manage the property couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating and I'd like to thank them both for making this holiday so memorable. We wont forget the 4th July celebrations with you Mike !

Beutiful view and great location

Great Vacation Condo

We stayed at the condo for 5 nights with our two teenage daughters and it was perfect. Great location close to the beaches and lots of restaurants, as well as easy access to the highways for any LA sightseeing. Brooke was great to work with, very accomodating when we needed to change our dates and checked in with us while we were there to offer any assistance. Loved the Keurig coffee maker with a good selection of coffee! Highly recommend this condo!

Excellent harbour views.

We had a really enjoyable 4 days at the resort and the apartment met all our expectations. The location was central to our needs and had some really nice touches that made the stay even more enjoyable, e.g. Charged laundry card and detergent, a variety of coffee pods supplied with the machine. The rental agent was excellent in making sure the stay went smoothly.

Marina del Rey Condo

Everything about the condo was perfect for us. We especially enjoyed the expansive view from the living room and bedroom! Brooke was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, next door to the Ritz Carlton and many restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay again when in the area.

As good in person as the listing!

The condo was beautiful, the view was incredible and the amenities were fantastic. We would definitely return to Brooke for our L.A needs. She was super accommodating and we were beyond pleased with our stay!

Spectacular views

Beautiful renovated condo, with spectacular views. We enjoyed our 4-night stay here so much we plan on returning. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities and appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms all tastefully decorated. Brooke met us on arrival, and made sure we found everything in order.

Very enjoyable stay

This truly is a gorgeous condo. The large deck overlooking the marina was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is close to the airport and a very easy drive to other beach communities such as Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, etc. It was clean and well-maintained. There is a nice swimming beach nearby in the marina. The pools in the complex are nice and warm. There are restaurants within walking distance. The owner and property manager were extremely helpful. We stayed here in early November and the weather was spectacular. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to LA.

Fabulous Cali Vacation Spot!

My girlfriends and I came out for a week and loved everything about this place! I'd highly recommend it. We flew into LAX and this place even with some infamous LA traffic still only took us 20 min in a cab to get to. I travel with my little dog so it was really nice that I could bring him along. Brooke was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We rented bikes and rode all around Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Other days we just hung out at the pool and walked along the marina for dinner and drinks--it's a great location! We stayed at this complex once before but this condo is facing the marina and is the best location!! We are already making plans to come back for the summer since I know it'll book up way in advance. Thanks, Brooke!

Fantastic West Coast Getaway!!

My wife and I came out with our baby and had an amazing vacation at this awesome condo. We had tons of room, the beds were comfortable and the furniture/design was really stylish (my wife is an interior designer and gave it the thumbs up) and high-end kitchen cookware and Keurig coffee machine were nice touches. The place is really nice inside--we loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the boats and the sun set. The location is the best thing about the place though. We rented a car but you really don't need to. It's walking distance to a bunch of great restaurants, Venice and Mother's beaches and is right next to the Ritz Carlton. There's a lot to do without even leaving the complex--a couple restaurants, a convenience store and three pools! This place was way nicer than a hotel and gave us much more space for the three of us, flexibility to cook, and just feel like we were at home. Now if only we had that view at home! We will be back for sure!! Thanks, again!
