Ett unikt, 80 Är gammalt Laguna-författares hem, som fortfarande Àgs av originalfamiljen. Huset Àr tre sovrum, tvÄ badrum, ligger pÄ en halv tunn trÀdbevuxen sluttning, sex kvarter frÄn stranden, en mil söder om centrala Laguna Beach, nÀra BlueBird Canyon.

Ett av Lagunas tidiga hem, byggda helt enkelt med tallvÀggar och golv, och huset har ett bra storlek vardagsrum och matsal med en underbar öppen spis.

Starka eukalyptustrÀd planterade runt fastighetens omkrets pÄ 1920-talet Àr vÀrd för en mÀngd fÄglar och migrerande monarkfjÀrilar. Det naturliga, rymliga landskapet uppmuntrar barnens lek.

Stranden ligger en kort promenad frÄn huset och erbjuder en fascinerande

The home was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We loved its' cozy, rustic charm; as well as the proximity to the beach and shops. We had to change dates 2x leading up to our stay and Steve/Annette were very gracious and accommodating.

The cottage definitely lived up to the 5 star reviews I read before arriving. Comfortable, romantic, peaceful, and within easy walking distance to restaurants and beaches. We were in town for a wedding and so glad to be staying here and not at a hotel.

Great location - private yet within easy walking distance from beaches, shops and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms adequate, but only one (spacious) shower. It is very rustic. Could use some TLC and some upgrades.

Great find!

The home was very quaint and cozy and was in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was super responsive and even had a new coffee maker delivered when the one at the house stopped working.

Wonderful stay!

This charming beyond belief cottage was exactly what we wanted! Privacy, trees, birds and such an amazing rustic (yet modern!) cottage to spend your time! My husband had business and I gladly stayed at the cottage working on jigsaw puzzles or walking around outside on this amazing property! Will definitely stay here again when in OC!!

Comfy Cottage

We loved our stay. The house was so cute and in a quiet area. The huge surrounding trees and bushes made it seem tucked away in an area far from a citty but was actually so close to the beaches and main beach. We enjoyed game nights out on the deck with the ocean view in the background. There is no ac so bring a fan if you can. Luckily we brought a couple fans. They had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Oh and private off the street parking! Amazing! We want to stay there again.

Charming cabin in a wonderful location

We enjoyed the quirkiness and charm of the home - made us feel like we were in a mountain cabin and yet it was right near the beach and downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood to go on walks and for families.

Amazing stay in a historical cabin

We highly recommend this location for a stay in Laguna Beach or Irvine. It is an amazing structure that dates back to the 1920s. We loved seeing the stages of development recorded in the main room photos. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner, and we looked forward to our daily walks in the neighborhood. We cannot wait to return in the future!

Cozy cabin in eucalyptus trees

We loved our time in Laguna in this cozy 1920s cabin in a grove of eucalyptus trees. At times i felt like I was in a tree house, it was so delightful. The deck made for lovely mornings with a cup of coffee and cocktail hour as the sun set. We appreciated how walkable it is to the beach coves. The fireplace made for a cozy winter visit. We appreciate the family history of this cottage and are grateful for our time there.

This little cottage near the beach was just what we needed!! It was quiet and quaint but close to all the beach action. We’d love to make this our yearly spot!!

Beautiful weekend getaway

Another couple and my husband and I all stay here for a wedding that was at Crystal Cove. The stay was so relaxing and exactly what wee needed for a getaway. Very close to good food and shops and a short walk from the beach. We loved how quiet and tucked away this cute little cabin was it felt like a dream! Definitely a rustic time-capsule home! We will definitely book here again.
