We invite you to come enjoy your vacation at the Funky Beach Farmhouse! This professionally decorated beach house is sure to create a fun space for the entire family!

The home includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Everyone will have all the privacy they need with a private ensuite bathroom attached to each bedroom. The spacious, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide the perfect space for playing games, enjoying a group dinner, or relaxing and watching a movie!

The large kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. A large balcony is situated off of the living room creating the perfect space to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

The Funky Beach Farmhouse has a colorful bar downstairs right off the pool area. Open up the sliding doors to create the perfect indoor/outdoor space. The pool receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day to ensure you return home with a beautiful Florida glow! The elevator creates easy access to all levels of the house!

The quick 1 minute walk to the beach makes for easy to stop back home for a quick lunch before returning back to the white fluffy sand and crystal clear water! Pine Avenue is a short walk or quick bike ride away. Here you can enjoy shopping at the cute boutiques or find a great place to get a bite to eat! Easily snag a ride on the FREE Anna Maria Island trolley with a convenient stop located at the Anna Maria City Pier!

*Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.

PARKING: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

What an amazing house! Gorgeous and well appointed…we didn’t lack for anything. The pool and patio are the perfect focal point. As a bonus, the porches are great for watching sunrises!

Fun & Funky perfect beach place!

Amazing place to stay with friends or family. The outdoor area was perfect for swimming & hot tubbing. Communication was amazing when we needed help with the fire pit. Incredible place!

Mom & Crew of 6 - Perfect for ALL ages

Single mom took her crew of 6 (Ages 19-3) on this paradise vacation. It was perfect. The pool was amazing and met the needs of all the age groups! The location could not have been better. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Close to bean point and many shops and restaurants. We saw a dolphin-shark (it’s still out for debate) swimming in bay from the breakfast table one morning. We had all the amenities and space to keep this mom and crew in luxury. We thoroughly enjoyed our paradise vacation in this pristine home.

Great vacation home

This is a great property! We were a group of friends that were on vacation to relax. The pool/spa and entire property was so nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Girls Trip

Fantastic place for a girls’ trip/long weekend. This place is immaculate and fully equipped with anything you would ever need. The pool area is fantastic and the house is a short walk to the tip of the island or the trolley to get you downtown. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our 50th birthdays.

Great house!

Very nice, spacious house in a very nice area of Anna Maria. Bonus points for every bedroom having its own bathroom. The pool has a big area of shallow water that’s great for toddlers. Would definitely book again.

The Funky Beach Farmhouse worked out perfectly for our group of 6! The indoor space was large with plenty of room for all of us and then some. The pool was a must have in July!We came from another rental where check out time was 10:00 am. We thought that it would be a long shot but we stopped by the Funky Beach Farmhouse rental office to ask them if we could store our luggage there until check in time at the Farmhouse. They said "YES"! Then we got to go hang out at the beach!When the management office texted us to let us know the house was ready they told us that our luggage had already been delivered to the house! That really blew our minds! So wonderful!

The home itself was beautiful but we ran into many issues the entire stay with little communication with the management company. When we first arrived we found the top floor and half of the main floor’s electricity was out. The rest of the house had power. We had to wait over 16 hours for someone to come access the fuse box. Granted it was the weekend so the management company was not working regular 9-5 hours, however, for the amount we paid nightly, it doesn’t seem fair that we had to go one entire evening, night, and morning without lights or power throughout 1/3 of the house without any apology or effort for reconciliation. Next, numerous things were broken. The fire pit was broken, the hot tub never heated up to the temperature we were told it would, the ping pong net was broken, one of the shutters indoors on the stair rail headed up to the top floor fell off its hinges while my husband was carrying our son upstairs, and when I went to run a load of laundry the washer had an error message and wouldn’t work. After waiting several hours for a reply from management I went ahead and googled the error message and fixed the issue with the hose myself. Overall we feel we did not get our value for the money that we spent. Please note that this is the first poor review I’ve ever left but I feel that it’s necessary to warn future guests before committing to such an expensive rental. We love Anna Maria Island and we will definitely be back to the area, just not this home.

Other host beware, do not rent to this guest. We discounted this property for them to stay. They called our office phone after hours and never left a message. Turns out, they lost power in the upstairs staircase. We went over there first thing in the morning and reset the breaker. I ended up giving them a free golf cart which I should have never done. She then went through VRBO trying to get a refund and contested her credit card to try and get a free stay. Thankfully, she lost both claims since we provided them documents. Do yourself a favor and do not rent to this guest.

Perfect location

We had an absolutely amazing time and this home! The location is beyond perfect. Your close to everything but far enough away to be in a peaceful neighborhood hood! We loved the fully stocked kitchen. Made cooking at home easy! The back yard is incredible! The yard games, fun pool toys and the pool alone were our kids favorite part! Highly recommend this home!

Family Vacation

Mostly adults and one 31/2 year old had a perfect time. The location was the best with a quick walk across the street to the beach. The pool was the perfect size for our granddaughter and she hopped from the pool to the jacuzzi all day.The house itself is beautifully decorated with bathrooms in all 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with every pot or pan you could possibly need and top of the line appliances. I can’t say enough positive things about this house and the consensus was to return next year.

It was easy The only thing was the out door cushions were full of water when you picked them up gallons of water would run out took a while to dry I think the deck was washed off with a hose and the chairs
