Place was awesome! Our trip was not long but the place was beautiful . Beach is right around the corner…literally a few steps away. All the places to eat were 5 minutes away. Will be back soon.

This is our 5th year in Anna Maria and our favorite stay so far! Only one block to the beach and beautiful decorated with all amenities needed for our stay! We loved having two master suites for our family and cannot wait to stay here again!

Short but Sweet

The house and location were fabulous. The house was spacious and well maintained and just one and half blocks from the beach. The pool area was clean, with plenty of sitting and lounging. There is an extra open but covered room by the pool area which has a ping pong table and the beach gear. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glassware and dished and short on condiments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and any questions we had while there were immediately answered. We would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it. Thank you. GB+

Honeymoon Getaway

We loved this house and the weekend so much but the first thing we noticed in the house was a Mildew smell. After noticing that, in every single room there is clear evidence of either mold or mold coverup. My wedding dress and baby’s pack n play (and everything else) continue to have the smell. Considering this is a company that oversees so many properties this is inflation at best for amenities it actually provides. I would love to recommend but I’m still washing mildew out of our clothing. As a group we decided 3 stars overall but this mold situation is definitely on your radar, and if it isn’t, it should be. It’s in every vent and every room/paint ripping off the walls.I will be emailing management pictures but they are more than welcome to walk the home and inspect the vents/walls/ceilings prior.

Nice adult girls get away

As a busy mom, wife and career woman it was great having this quiet location. There was adequate room for us to relax. The weather didn’t cooperate but the accommodations made up for it. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house - nice quiet location

Everything was lovely - place was nicely Decorated - For beach with small children use Gladioulus beach entry not north shore (current is that much stronger one street away)

4.5!!! Very nice place to stay in Anna Maria!

We enjoyed the property and location! Beautiful home, overall very nice! Family of 5, and plenty of room for all. Elevator was helpful for carrying luggage and groceries! Only a few things that were lacking, which is why it wasn't given 5 stars. Towel bars/toilet paper holders missing/or broken (?) and little nuances such as no "good" cooking pans or cooking utensils. Also, most of the beach supplies are worn out or broken. We rented or purchased our own. Highly recommended bringing or renting a cooler, sturdy beach umbrella, and chairs. Having these few things available with such a nice rental would have made the place a five star!!!! Would still choose to stay here again though, thank you!!!! 😊

Wonderful property, great location

We really liked the location close to Bean Point and the end of the island. We were able to walk to all the restaurants, bars and beach the entire stay. The house was as described, the elevator was a huge bonus, we used it nearly everyday of our stay. While the house is huge it is also in need of a maintenance overhaul. Lots of things either don't work or are just worn out. If the property owner were to upgrade and improve this I would for sure rent again. I understand that the owner doesn't make money when it isn't rented but in fairness they need to take care of issues sooner rather than later.

Anna Maria Pool House

Overall we really enjoyed the home. It was nicely decorated and clean. The dining and living area were a nice place to hang out and the kitchen was functional to make meals. Bedrooms were nice for a large family. All bedrooms have a TV except one. The pool is great (heated) and we used it daily. I think “30 sec to the beach” is an underestimate. It’s close to beach but probably at least a 5 min walk to get to the sandy area where you would set up for a day. Close walk to rod and reel pier/restaurant as well. We also walked to 2 playgrounds. The house had a lot of beach equipment for guests to use including a wagon, tent, 4-5 beach chairs, sand toys, and pool floats; no cooler. There was a grill by the pool and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cookware and appliances (toaster, regular coffee maker, toaster, etc). I was a bit disappointed with the rental company and linen service. We only had 1 towel per bathroom when we arrived. We called on 2 different days to see if we could get more towels and were told we would get a call back but never did. There is a washing machine and dryer in the home but kind of disappointing to have to wash towels all the time when you’re paying for linen service. There were 7 beach towels included (even though the house can accommodate 8). I was also a bit disappointed that when I reached out via VRBO asking about amenities at the home (beach equipment, etc) that the rental company could give me no information. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to others.

Holiday at the Anna Maria

We had a pleasure to spend the week of New Years on Anna Maria Key. We used VRBO for our rental. That house we was very comfortable and clean. Location is fantastic when comes access to the beach, walks and quiet side of the Anna Maria. Pool is certainly nice addition to the house. The only complaint we had was a communication with management of the property. They were not willing to help supply extra blankets even we had infants on the trip, they had hard time to have us a hairdryer or replace quickly 2 broken coffee makers. Again house is perfect , I wish management team was more responsive and understanding.
