Lake Norman Waterfront Condo Retreat - Dog Friendly - Peaceful relaxation or non-stop adventure, this setting has something for everyone. Beautiful, lake front views the minute you walk in the door will have you ready to relax or get out on the water. Fishing, skiing, paddle boarding are all just outside your door, or rent a boat at the Marina just a 2 minute drive down the street. Walk along the boardwalk, visit nearby parks and trails. From upscale shopping and relaxing spas to sports and entertainment there’s something for everyone.

Ground floor condo has three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), two full baths, full kitchen, laundry room with washer & dryer, dining and living room. Living room has 55" wall mounted TV with free access to Netflix, Hulu, and wireless internet. Master bedroom and bedroom with queen bed both have TV's, ceiling fans and phone chargers. Kitchen is equip with microwave, smooth-top range, full size fridge with bottom freezer and icemaker and dishwasher. In addition to being well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils and pots and pans for all your cooking needs.
Gorgeous waterfront views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom. Large, covered porch opening out to the lawn and walkway to the docks. Pool on one side of the building, Port City restaurant on the other plus tennis courts across the parking lot.

Dog Friendly:
🐶 We allow well behaved/house trained dogs upon approval with an extra cleaning fee of $100.00. We will send the request for pet fee separately through Airbnb after you book. Let us know before you book if you are bringing your fur baby. (Refer to Dog Policy for additional details)

**Dog Policy:
No more than 2 dogs and less than 30 lbs each. We also ask that you do not allow your dog on furniture and beds and crate when unattended. There is a designated green space for dogs to do their business across the street from condo, please ensure you pick up after your fur baby. Additionally, our HOA has strictly enforced "nuisance" bylaws that apply to excessive barking. Fines may apply if reported.
An additional dog fee of $100 will be charged separately after completion of payment for booking.

What a beautiful property! It was more than we imagined even with the pictures online. We arrived to a sparkling clean home with a basket of treats to choose from. This property had everything! We had been traveling for a while and needed to do some wash, and the owners had all we needed. We woke up craving caffeine, and tge owners had a variety of coffee choices for us. The property has a beautiful patio right next to Lake Norman, the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, and it is right next to a fabulous restaurant. We even relaxed by the pool, and met some dear, friendly neighbors. The living spaces were extremely comfortable, and I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyable Stay

Beautiful condo that's very comfortably furnished and thoughtfully stocked with essentials making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Very clean. Great view of the lake and easy access to local restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend.

Great location, super apartment

Overall this was great. Was a little alarmed by all the rules etc but they were all very sensible. Only minor point is the 10 am departure time - could do with another hour - after a party of 12 for a week it felt ‘ sudden’

Awesome Property!

This place was amazing. Stayed here with family ( 4 adults and a nine month old). Great to walk around right in the lake and walking distance to a restaurant was super convenient. They even had a pack and play for the baby and an ice chest to use for our day outing in a rented boat. The snacks were a great little perk as well. Would definitely recommend this property!

Very nice!!

We traveled to visit my husband's mom in the same complex, with our 2 dogs. It was very clean & comfortable. The view of the lake beautiful & we caught a great sunset one evening. Weather was so rainy while we were there so we couldn't enjoy the pretty patio. The space is open concept, kitchen was very nice, but other than coffee & a light bite for breakfast, we didn't do any cooking. Used the washer/dryer which worked great. Living area spacious, large TV (roku) & separate dining area as well. Green space for dog walking right in front of unit. It is a great place for a larger group with the 3 BR, would definately recommend!

We had a wonderful stay except the people above us were very noisy & some neighbors were not vet nice. We had stayed in the same community last year & it was better because the neighbors were nice & we didn't have people above us making all kinds of noise. Overall we had a great experience & we love the Cornelius area!

Lovely spot!

This is a great condo!! Lovely view. Well furnished...kitchen well stocked. Right on Lake Norman with a short walk to a nearby restaurant. Close drive to other very quaint towns with lots of good dining and shopping. We will be back. Nancy ( Ohio)

Love the Cornelius area!

We loved our week at this condo. The neighborhood is nice and close to so many stores and restaurants. Loved the boardwalk area to walk around. The restaurant, “Port City Club” was very nice. Working with Katie was a breeze and any question/issue we had was dealt with immediately. One of the best managers we’ve dealt with. You can tell that the owner had furnished their condo with quality items….too bad people don’t treat things like their own and properly care for them. People don’t seem clean the pots and pans properly in rental units for some reason. (Many stays in VRBO rentals). Who puts pans away with food still on them ?! The person after us had clean pans! 😉 The housekeeper did a good job cleaning the unit. One could not tell that pets are allowed, and we have a pet. Remember….housekeeping is to wash the floors, bathrooms, sheets/towels et-cetera in between guests. They are not meant to be our maids. 😉 It is impossible for them to check the cleanliness of everything in the kitchen before the next guest arrives. I always leave things the way I would like to find them…but that’s just me. You will not regret staying here! We hope to return in the future.

Wedding weekend

The property has a lovely view of the lake and a nice patio area to sit and relax. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The guest bathroom could have been a little bigger but the master bedroom was spacious. We enjoyed our stay but to short. Parking can be a challenge.

Can't Beat the View

I believe this is the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at this condo. Katie is wonderful if she is needed. Great location to anything you want. And the view from the patio is wonderful.

High Value with 5 Star Experience

We looked at two other properties in the complex with the exact same layout and found this property to be the best value but also the experience with the owner was truly enjoyable and simple. We highly recommend this property because of the value but also the experience with the owner.

Best rental ever !!!

For t he first time, this rental property was as nice as the pictures posted. The view was lovely and the pier walk was wonderful - even for me, I am handicapped with a cane. Our small 7 lb. dog loved sunning in the courtyard. We had a little rouble finding the address as bushes had grown up over the numbering sign. I did take scissors and trim the bushes back 2 1/2 feet so the next folks could find the address. This property is well cared for and the owners thought of every need. We loved our stay and hope to return. The view was so peaceful and calming. Fantastic vacation. :) :) :) Thanks, Diane :)

August was a great time to visit. Evenings on the porch looking out over the water will always be a fond memory. The property manager was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends
