This apartment is composed of an entrance, a living room with a flat screen TV and a 140cm sofa bed, opening onto a comfortable covered terrace and its flowerbed.
Its functional kitchen area allows you to prepare your favorite menus with an electric stove and oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a table top refrigerator... A cupboard with a mini dishwasher 4 place settings and a washing machine.
Its bedroom with 1 bed in 140cm also opens on the terrace.
A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet.
Everything you may need, even on vacation, for a successful vacation (vacuum cleaner, iron and board, hair dryer, fan, beach equipment...),
Relax and enjoy the terrace for lunch or simply to read a book!
You have a private parking space n° 10, not negligible !

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
