Sit out on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue lunch!
It consists of a living room with a 140cm BZ type sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a kitchen area equipped with 2 electric hobs, microwave, mini oven, table top fridge, a cupboard with washing machine, and a bathroom with toilet, on the ground floor.
Upstairs, its mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm), a chest of drawers and a velux.
Its terrace is bordered by separating hedges.
SHARED POOL open from mid-June to mid-September* - TERRACE FURNITURE - ELECTRIC BARBECUE - PRIVATE PARKING PLACE N° 241 - ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED
*Availability of the swimming pool subject to the decrees cause COVID-19.
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
