Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "La Palmyre Office de Tourisme" 300 m, railway station "Royan" 19 km, sandy beach "La Palmyre" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 19 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur Royan" 16 km. Sports harbour 1.2 km, golf course (9 hole) 2 km, surf school 500 m, tennis 1.5 km, minigolf 1.2 km, riding stable 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Zoo de La Palmyre 1.5 km, Hippodrome - La Palmyre 1 km, Luna Park (Juillet-Août) 5 km, Embarcadère Royan - Le Verdon 15 km, Centre aquatique Iléo - Ile d'Oléron 35 km, Fort Boyard - Ile d'Aix 60 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in La Palmyre, 1 km.
2-room terraced house 26 m2 on 2 levels, east facing position. Living room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: gallery with rooflight with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: smoke alarm. The pond located in the gardens of the Residence is not fenced and it is forbidden to swim. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Bathroom needs attention

The first impression of the property looked good. However on using the shower for the first time, it became apparent there was a serious problem. To start with the height of the shower is very low, and most people will not fir under the "rain " head. But that didn't matter as the shower door did not fit properly and floods the bathroom floor. The only way to use the shower is to use the other attachment angled into the corner , and used as a dribble. The kitchen area is supposed to have an induction hob, but its just a normal modern electric hob.

Das Bett bzw. die Matratze war eine Katastrophe

Die Lage ist sehr gut, leider ist das Haus sehr spärlich ei gerichtet, die Schlafplätze sind eine Katastrophe besonders die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war eine Folter, das Schlafzimmer und das Bett rochen sehr moderich

Wir bitten unsere Gäste, unsere Kollegen vor Ort stets während des Aufenthalts über etwaige Unzufriedenheitspunkte zu informieren, damit entsprechende Maßnahmen ergriffen werden und um einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt ermöglichen zu können. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass uns solch ein Problem gemeldet wurde, aber gern bestätigen wir, dass der Komfort hier weiter untersucht und ggf. behoben wird.
