The primary bedroom has a balcony overlooking the main channel provides stunning views. A kitchen with all the necessary equipment is a fantastic feature, making meal preparation a breeze. Mandalay Bay in Oxnard is a charming waterfront neighborhood that could make any travel aficionado do a happy dance. Located in Ventura County, Channel Islands Harbor, this home on the waterways is slightly of the main channel to offer quiet and privacy, while allowing you to view the action in the harbor.

Our Beach View Representative will roll out the welcome mat. They will guide you through the check-in process, walk you through the property and introduce you to all the amenities it has to offer you. They will also answer any questions you may have. Trust us, they're as friendly as the city itself!

This is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with deck and private dock.
Ground floor: Dining room with table that seats 6, living room, conversation area with gas fireplace and view of the harbor. Kitchen is fully stocked and looks out onto the deck.
Deck: Outside table the seats 6-8, gas BBQ and lounge seating over looking the water of the Channel Islands.
Top floor: All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. First bedroom has 2 twin beds with television. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a queen. The primary bedroom has a king bed with en-suite/bathroom, with private balcony.

Personal or rental car is best. Harbor View offers parking for 3 cars. Public transit is limited. Easy access to private transport companies like Uber, Lyft, and Taxi.

This property is well worth it! Great location - close to some nice restaurants and other sites. Close to the beach (we walked every morning for the sunrise), and great out of the way from the city, with quick access!

Very nice and cozy house right on the water in Oxnard. A five minute walk to the beach or Hollywood Beach retail and restaurants. Very clean, quiet and well laid out. Really enjoyed the stay and I wish I could stay longer.

Quick and easy check in process. Very welcoming and accommodating property managers. Comfortable home with plenty of useful amenities. Very nice property with large deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Loved the wet bar room. We played cards and watched the boats go by in there every night. Great kitchen.

Fantastic Getaway!

The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of space for the 8 of us so we weren’t on top of each other. The beach is less than 10 minutes away walking and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced beach adjacent getaway!

An oasis of calm

We had such a beautiful couple of days staying riverside. So gorgeous to sit out on the deck first thing and gently watch the world go by. A really excellent start to our Cali vacation. The very spacious house had everything we needed and Dawn was super helpful with the booking and all our enquiries.

Oxnard Getaway

Travel from Seattle to visit college kids and scope out the neighborhoods for future investment. Loved the home and neighborhood. Used the kayaks and rented an electric boat. Nice dinners out. Great walks on the beach. Nice stay!

Amazing Location

The location of this property cannot be beat. We loved the dock and sat out on the deck every morning and afternoon. It's a super cute area - feels like Newport but maybe a little less fancy. Walking distance to beach. The kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances. The window treatments and bedroom furniture as well as the bathrooms could be updated but for the price we felt like it was a good value.

Best weekend getaway on the water

Great location next to the main channel but off the side just enough!!! The paddling through quiet channels/neighborhoods was super fun but even better was the proximity to paddle to the park for live concerts and to the restaurants for food and drinks. Bike riding was great along the beach. Diane and Dawn the property managers were very nice and helpful!!!! We will definitely go there again.

Just As Advertised

We visited the area for a three night stay-cation. The property was perfect for our needs although too big for just the two of us. Easily sleeps (8) with a spacious living area. Very close to numerous restaurants and other activities. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed having our morning coffee each morning on the master bedroom patio watching the paddle boarders. Would recommend for sure.

Mothers Day Relaxation Weekend

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. The home is exactly as described and our Host responded to questions about the rental right away. All the neighbors are nice. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 to 10 min. I was inspired to walk 6 miles along the beach and back at the house took a nap on the patio!🙂 I will be looking forward to the next time. Thank you for making my first Vrbo experience a good one.
