Appartement charmant, conforme à l'annonce. Bien placé (au pied de la plage et près du centre ville). La conciergerie est très aimable et disponible. Dommage qu'il soit bruyant : le bruit presque incessant des voitures est parfois pénible (rond point au pied de l'immeuble).

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables , l'accueil avec la" conciergerie" : Sabine charmante ! exactitude à l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Avons pu manger tous les jours sur le balcon, cuisine bien équipée, vaste . Bon lit pour le couchage. Place de Parking ok Garderons un très bon souvenir, a refaire l'année prochaine ... avec :"Un Violon sur le Sable" !!

Un beau séjour à SAINT-PALAIS

L'appartement est parfait (agencement, appareils ménagers qui fonctionnent, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas). Tout se trouve à proximité : plages, commerces, pistes cyclables... La place de parking est un plus. Seul bémol, le bruit de la circulation à certaines heures. Saint-Palais, petite ville très agréable, bien entretenue, et situation idéale entre Royan et La Palmyre, des heures de vélo...Très beau séjour; je recommande.
