✓ HVAC controls. The thermostat is controlled by a smart home system and automatically set to a schedule. Minor adjustments to the system can be made manually. Please contact the host for any special needs situations.

✓ Security System - Security cameras have been installed on the property but are not active for your privacy. I used to travel a lot for work and enjoyed having the peace of mind of having cameras.

SCAT bus is available but most guests use Uber/Lyft or have a vehicle to get around.
