My family stayed here for a wedding. Location was great and the house perfect. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Would stay here again!

Well Located Downtown Sarasota Home

The house is in a great location for overall stay in Sarasota downtown. It has a great set-up for entertaining and handled my family event with 14 guests with no issues. My only concern was the beds (2 doubles) were not comfortable. I would stay there again if the beds are upgraded.

Family Getaway

We were looking for a place that was close to family we had in the area for us and our adult children/significant others. The house was exactly what we needed. The kitchen is well appointed, the house was clean and well laid out, and very comfortable. The hostess was extremely responsive and even checked in on us when she became aware of a local power outage (which we were not impacted by). We will absolutely rent this property again if we find ourselves with similar needs in the future!

Nice property close to downtown

The owners have done a great job updating this older home. It was clean and very comfortable for our family. Nice big kitchen fully stocked for cooking in. All appliances are new and worked perfectly. My only complaint is the beds are on the firm/hard side, so if you like that, great. Otherwise my recommendation would be to ad foam mattress toppers to all beds in the home. The neighborhood is turning over. We felt safe but there are definable some homes in better shape than others.

TV Usage

Capabilities and instructions for the TV’s that work and don’t work would be helpful. Someone might inspect and clean the outdoor grill and add instructions for guests to clean and leave the grill as it is found. (We do not use the grill)

Spacious property in a great location!

This property is in a great location. A few blocks away from Siesta Dr and the North bridge to Siesta Key. In our experience from many stays in Sarasota this bridge is much easier to use then the South bridge, which seems to always get clogged up with traffic. This side of Siesta Key also provides easy access to the Siesta Key Village. The Southside Village is also just a few minutes away, could probably walk to it if one insisted. Downtown Sarasota with its waterfront and restaurants is also very accessible. We went there every night for dinner and drinks. The house itself is incredibly spacious. Three large bedrooms, a big office perfect for remote work (which my husband absolutely needed!), great kitchen and dining area. All very clean and apparently very new. The house is tastefully decorated without feeling over the top and reminiscing of cheap beach rental decor. Huge patio and outside area, all fenced in and away from the eyes of neighbors. I imagine it would be perfect for families with small children, though ours are regrettably all grown up by now :-( We would love to stay there again.

House is perfectly situated with easy access to beaches, downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and Longboat Key! VERY clean and very nicely decorated. Open floor plan, full kitchen, W/D, Smart TV's. Communication with owners was always quick and professional. GREAT VALUE!!
