Tropical paradise. New saltwater pool. 10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach

New saltwater pool in 2023 with option to heat! Off street parking. Sleeps 10. Four bedrooms all with king size beds, sleeper sofa, and two full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer, beach chairs, and umbrella. There are three security cameras for the safety of our renters. Located at front right side, backyard right side, and the back door. Front right side covers the front yard, driveway, and front door. Backyard right side covers the backyard and a portion of the patio. The backdoor covers the backdoor entrance and the patio area. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Pet fee $250. Cleaning fee $250. Close to Siesta Key Beach, downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, shopping, dining.

The host sent all necessary information to enter and important information. Check in was fast and easy. Logan, the host was very helpful and readily available for any issue via Messenger on the app. He was quick to respond.The house was spacious for the family. We loved that everyone had their own space. The pool was gorgeous and we loved the lights on at night. Spectacular! It was the best! Very close to supermarket and quick to go to Siesta Key! It was great for the family to be all together on vacation!

Great memory maker

Great host !! Very attentive! Pool lights were set to turn off at 10pm and they did I sent the host a email if he could turn them back on literally within 2-3 minutes the pool lights were back on and the fun continued ! Thank you so much for making my kids light !

Excellent and beautiful home! My grands loved loved the pool! Everything was so clean, neat and perfect for a vacation! Perfect location close to the beaches! Very roomy and spacious house. Fun had by all.

We had our grandkids who are all teenagers and daughter and they loved the pool. I cooked on the grill while enjoying watching them swim and laugh together. The 4 king beds were perfect for us and 2 bathrooms that were very clean and nice. The house was very clean and nice. It was like being at home. No complaints. Owner was quick to respond to me before we arrived. I had no reason to reach out when we were there.

Nice family house

This is a good place to stay with the family. The pool was nice and the house was clean. It was a little small for 6 people but that might just be because we are used to more space. The house was convenient to many restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach.

Nice house

Nice house. It's a quick 10 minute drive to the beach and close to shopping areas. Great salt-water pool and it has large bedrooms. There is also a great little public park about a 10 minute walk from the house. Lot's of good birds and other wildlife there. It can be a little loud during the day as it's on a rather busy corner. Otherwise, great accommodations at a good price.

Great location and amenities

Very clean, easy to find, great location for getting to Siesta Key. Super clean pool and was heated! Very happy with host and our stay.

Soccer weekend

We came down for a showcase soccer weekend. The house was super clean, spacious and well equipped. The area felt safe and restaurants and grocery stores were close by. The only neg was it was nice the host did let us cancel the first due to change in flight but increased the nightly rate but didn’t inform me or respond when I Inquired. The increase added up to the cancelled first day. The host did respond when had I issue quickly. The house was updated nicely and spacious. We weren’t able to utilize then pool but looked amazing with pool toys , beach chairs and so seating to just chill.

Great house!

Our stay was really good , the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was amazing, lots of room for the kids to have fun 👏 great location too. We were all very happy that we stayed here. Thanks for having us!

Great 50th Anniversary Trip!

The house was in a terrific location with good proximity to Siesta Key, restaurants and grocery stores. Neither bathroom is inside a bedroom which was perfect for 8 adults sharing the space. The pool was beautiful and a great retreat after hanging out at the beach and shops during the day. The dining table was big enough for all of us to play games together. It was a great 50th anniversary stay for my in-laws!

A great place for a family stay

Overall this house made for a great stay. Location was good and made it easy to go to the Siesta Key beaches. The pool was beautiful and has a nice landing to sit and play, especially with kids. We walked across the street to Publix and a few restaurants to eat which was very convenient. Having 4 bedrooms all with king beds made it very easy to accommodate everyone. There were a couple of things that could have made it excellent but fell short. Check in was at 5pm and check out was at 10am. This is about an hour later/earlier than most other vrbos that we have stayed in. There was only 1 trash bag, one roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. It was annoying to have to go buy all these essentials especially when paying a premium price per night. All the towels were old and mismatched. These things just made the owner seem cheap, but could be easily corrected.

Great property. Please note it is 4 bedrooms with pull out couch in living room. The only reason I did not give full five star; no futon, it was a pull out couch which was too dirty to use. Otherwise the house was nice and the pool was amazing!!

Nice Location, Comfortable Accommodations

The house allows for quick access to main roads and highlights in the Sarasota and Bradenton areas, while also being along a side street in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed daily excursions that included: Jungle Gardens, The Mote Aquarium, mini-golf, kayaking through the mangroves, a little beach time at Siesta Key and Lido Beach, and some Pickleball! The beds were comfortable, the laundry area was convenient, and the easy-to-use keyless entry made coming and going simple. We also did most of our own cooking, and found the kitchen to have most of what we needed for 6 adults and a preschooler. The new pool in the back and patio furniture were beautiful, but unfortunately busy agendas and cooler weather didn't allow us to take full advantage of that area. (A hot tub in the corner would be a nice addition! :) Logan was responsive to the few questions we had during our stay.

Pool wasn’t heater the whole time

The main reason we chose to stay at this location was Heated Pool as it mentioned in the listing. Upon arrival we messaged about this option and we were told it costs extra. We payed what they asked around 6pm and they said it’d be warm around morning or noon of next day. But they still charged us for that evening. Anyways, the pool was cold the whole time we were there. It barely started to get warm on Monday afternoon, but they turned the heater off at 6pm Monday even though in our messages were clear we wanted it warm for Monday evening (our last night there). So the whole stay we couldn’t enjoy the pool and we had kids and adults who couldn’t swim in the cold water.

This really is a hidden gem!

House is very comfortable and layed out great wtih plenty of room. It was nice having all adults sleeping in king beds, which is very rare. House had everything that we needed for our 3 plus week stay. Very convienent to the beaches and downtown Sarasota. Will definitely be back. Thanks Logan for hosting us.
