Total relaxation awaits at this beautiful condo appointed in coastal style in the exclusive Villa Sanibel development. With a ground floor patio leading to the beach in less than 1 minute and the parking spot located right behind the unit, this unit is ideal for guests with limited mobility. The unit features two large bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms, a spacious living room area, a queen sized sleeper sofa and a well appointed kitchen.
The Space:
This unit is located on the ground floor and features more than 900 square feet of island living space. This unit features three beds, one king (located in the master bedroom), and two double beds (located in the guest bedroom), in addition to two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Villa Sanibel complex including a recently renovated pool, tennis courts, grills and private beach access just steps from your unit.
The Neighborhood:
Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from dining and shopping, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes.
