Saltwater Zen -- Your Oceanfront Retreat on Fripp Island

The price includes all fees, amenity cards, and resort taxes. No additional charges!

Ocean front location — directly adjacent to the breakwater barrier. The peaceful sound of the ocean will melt your cares away as you relax in this tastefully decorated home.

This exceptional property has hardwood flooring throughout and two balconies for absorbing the beautiful ocean view.

The kitchen has everything you’ll need including a combination coffee maker and k-cup machine to help you start your day.

If you’re looking for some downtime, there’s expanded Cable TV as well as high-speed internet to keep you connected. Google Home is available (just say “hey Google”) to provide you with music in the living room and in the bedroom. And, you can pack light and use our washer and dryer.

1 queen master bedroom upstairs with a pullout sofa downstairs. Saltwater Zen is an absolutely fantastic location for a couple or a small family.

Fripp Island is an absolutely fantastic location. 25 beach access points and several freshwater pools. There are several restaurants right on the island and even more great options in Beaufort, SC -- a short 12-15 minute drive into town.

* Fido will have to stay behind — pets are not allowed — sorry for that.

* Note that the resort recently imposed a 12.8% tax on all rental homes, we have had to raise our fees slightly to account for that new tax. It will show up in your price quote as "Club Fee".

This is the third year in a row that we stayed at Saltwater Zen. That should say everything. We love the location, the amenities, the view, the pool, and the home is stocked with almost anything one could need. We appreciate the top notch hosts, who are always easily reached if needed. A great place to stay on Fripp Island! This cute two story condo was perfect for our stay. It has a full kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast or just have a quick meal. The view from the upstairs and downstairs decks were breathtaking. The area was quiet and less busy than the areas near the beach club. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we had all the information before we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Lovely space!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Cottage! Absolutely loved the views -- waking up and looking out at the ocean everyday was such a treat. Also enjoyed the access to the semi-private pool (much less crowded than the resort pools). Michael and Tonja were super responsive when we ran into issue with A.C. The whole thing was resolved in under an hour! Also grateful for easy check-in and check-out.Fripp Island is a magical place!

Wonderful location for spotting dolphins

This is our first stay at this property. We have rented the property next door in the past. Great layout for two adults. We were able to watch the dolphins practically every day. Check in/out was seamless. Amenity cards were appreciated. We would consider renting this property again.

Beautiful escape

Perfect home in a perfect place. The ocean views were beautiful from the two porches. Saw dolphins, deer and even a raccoon went scurrying by. Beautiful Fripp island there to explore and close to Hunting island to see as well. The home had everything we needed and more.

Blissful Retreat

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to spend our honeymoon. This oceanfront cottage was everything we dreamed of – cozy, beautifully maintained, and set in an absolutely stunning location. Waking up each morning to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the private balcony with a view of the ocean was pure bliss. The cottage was spotless, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic escape by the sea, this is it. We love Fripp. This cute beach cottage is perfect for two people. Great views and location!! Amazing watching the dolphins swimming right from the deck. Communication with the host was really good and they addressed a minor issue quickly. Highly recommend!!

Our home is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. Everything you need for a relaxing trip.

What makes this property unique

Fripp Island has 25 private access points to the beach -- one is a short walk and the others are a quick trip in a golf cart or in a car. With 25 private access points you never have to worry about overcrowding. The Ocean Island Grill is a 2 minute walk and there are 4 additional restaurants that are a short 5-10 minute drive. And, 15 minutes beyond Fripp Island is Beaufort, SC with even more shopping and dining options.
