Birdie's Beach Club Villa - Cards Available; Walk to beach, pools, bar, tennis!

A lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top-floor corner unit overlooking the tidal creek and marshes of the exclusive gated beach community of Fripp Island, SC. This condo is located directly across the street from the beach! Also, amenity cards are available for purchase to Fripp Island Resort, which gives you access to a lot of amenities (some directly across the street or in the parking lot) including swimming pools, restaurants, tennis, pickleball, two beautiful golf courses, fitness center, activity center and much more. There are additional fees to play golf, pickleball and tennis. Also, there is plenty to enjoy without the resort amenity cards: beach, biking, fishing, watching wildlife, etc!

Get the best of both worlds, spend the day on the beach or the course and your evenings on the deck or the dock enjoying the views of the marsh while you cook up a nice meal on the grill. Fripp Island is an unmatched destination.

Please note that the condo is up two and a half flights of stairs with no elevator. Not an issue for most people, but those with mobility issues should be aware.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We found the stairway to be challenging bringing in our food, language & coolers. We loved the Island, beach & marsh view from the back deck. Thank you!

Great Visit

We had a great time at the condo. Didn’t need to rent a golf cart as we walked to the beach access across the street. Very convenient to everything.

Great Spot on Fripp!

We enjoyed the location being central to the island with the beach a short walk across the street. The condo was comfortable and quiet providing a great setting for the family. We definitely plan on returning in the future!

Great location

Owner of the property was very responsive and nice to work with! She was quick to fix some hiccups when we first were there. Location is great and very close to beach and pools. Cute cozy villa and great screened in back porch locking over the marsh.

Clean, beachy decor, comfy bed. No elevator, so be prepared to climb some stairs. But not too bad. Very close to beach access, shops and other amenities. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect getaway. It was spacious, clean, and exactly as described on the listing. The location was perfect with easy access to amenities and the beach. The host was extremely responsive and made the stay seamless. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our weekend away. It was a quick trip with our teenagers for end of spring break. Location was perfect. Pool and beach were easily accessible. I would do a golf cart rental if we were staying longer. Condo was clean with a beautiful view.

Birdie's Beach Club was a great place for my son and I to get away for a few nights! There was plenty of room for us, we had everything we needed, and the location can't be beat! He was able to walk right out onto the dock and fish and I could see him from the balcony. And if we wanted to grab a bite to eat or go to the beach, it was an easy walk across the street. It's centrally located on the island as well, so we could hop in a golf cart and be on either end of the island in no time. Not to mention that communication with Ingrida was fantastic, she always responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Good location and good value

Wanted a short 3 night stay getaway with friends for first visit on Fripp. Condo location was great to access anywhere on island, and even though we were not interested in pool or beach time, easily accessible just across the street. Food at restaurants were good - Cabana Club Grill and Bonita Boathouse. Condo met all our needs and loved views of marsh out the screen porch doors while sitting on comfy sofa and watching TV. Would recommend the condo and always got quick response from host when I had questions. P.S. And yes we loved all the deer

Amazing host

Our host was so quick to respond and accommodating. We really enjoyed our trip. We are younger and have older kids so the stairs weren’t terrible. Can not say enough about the host though! Thank you!

Very nice villa

Great location central to the entire island and very convenient across the street from the beach club. There was construction going on close by during our stay but it wasn’t too noisy. Also this villa is right beside the pickleball/tennis court so it has the potential to get loud. We stayed in early March so it wasn’t busy at all for us. The vila itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds are soft and so are the couches. We put together a couple of puzzles on one rainy day so that was a nice touch. Also the ice maker works great! That’s always a plus for me!

Fripp and Hunting Island

I've stayed here before. There were appliance issues at the condo so be fore we arrived the host contacted me and put us up in another property on the island. The place was beautiful, spotless and had additional amenities including a golf cart. (Having visited Fripp before without a golf cart, I advise anyone to rent a cart while there, this made it SO much easier to enjoy and explore the island) Overall the stay was great thanks to our host!

Perfect Stay!

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Birdie's Beach Club Villa. Communication with the owner and the check-in process went perfectly and was so easy. The location couldn't be more perfect, and my husband especially loved the private fishing dock located directly behind the condo. He spent every evening fishing while we watched from the (screened!) porch. The size worked perfectly for us. We had 4 adults and 2 children, and even with the 6 of us, we never felt cramped. Parking also was never an issue, even having 2 cars and 1 golf cart. The condo also felt clean and up-to-date. We would absolutely stay again!

Spring Break

Stayed for 3 nights after Easter Weekend. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms allowed individual space for all. Living room with 2 couches, dining room table seats 6. Kitchen small, yet well stocked and clean. Regular Mr Coffee coffee pot provided with filters. Dishwasher and disposal. Ice maker was great! Though we did not use them, we thought it was very nice that both beach towels and beach chairs were provided. We would definitely recommend staying here. Communication with owners easy and timely!

Weekend at Fripp with my husband. We’ve been coming to Fripp for over 20 years and love this beautiful, family friendly island and all the amenities - especially the golf! We have rented at Beach Club Villas and Tennis Villas many times. Here are out thoughts on this property. Birdie’s place is in a great location, right in the middle of the island and offers amenity cards - that’s most important to us. It was clean and had all of the basic necessities. The daily price was very reasonable since we were visiting during the “shoulder” season. However, the unit is a little tired and could use some TLC - one of the couches had a broken frame and couldn’t be used, kitchenware was sparsely stocked - only 3 coffee mugs in the whole kitchen, missing silverware, limited drinking glasses, etc. Considering the reasonable price it was fair value.We had a GREAT vacation and the weather was perfect so most of our time was spent outside on the beach, golf course or riding the cart around the island. Next time we will pay a little bit more and stay in a recently updated unit.

I love Fripp Island and all it has to offer, beautiful beaches, amazing wildlife, resort amenities, etc. I had to own a condo right at the heart of it all and I am happy to share my second home with you. Our favorite thing is to walk to the beach or one of the pools. Another favorite thing about the property is the marsh and canal view.
