The house is located on a plot of 700m² fully enclosed by walls. It can accommodate 4 people, plus a child under 2 years old. This is a recent construction (2009) of 80m², on the ground floor, with one floor.
Each room is equipped with an electric heater.
On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen area equipped with an oven, all-gas hob, extractor, sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker , SENSEO coffee maker, hand blender, crockery, utensils, dishes, storage, BB high chair (on request). The dining area is equipped with 4 chairs, a table and a sideboard.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV cabinet with LCD flat screen, DVD player, a collection of recent DVDs, for young and old, a
side table with lamp, a radio-CD set.
The bathroom has a shower with glass door, a toilet, a washbasin unit, shelves, a hair dryer.
Access to the first floor is via the stairs in front of the kitchen area. You will find 2 bedrooms located on either side of the landing (with storage chest). The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed, 2 wicker armchairs, a wardrobe, a coffee table with a TV.
The second has 2 beds of 90x190, a storage column, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, an armchair. Sheets are included in the rental price (duvets, bolster, pillows with covers). You will find the beds ready for your arrival.
To have access to the cellar, you have to leave the house, passing on the terrace equipped with garden table and chairs. In this cellar, you will find a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a sink, brooms, mops, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, cabinet with barbecue accessories, games for the beach, 4 adult bikes, 1 paddle, bodysurf boards.
The terrace is protected from the wind and view by wooden palisades and has a barbecue. The garden is enclosed by walls and has a private car park closed by a gate that can be locked. A garden shed at the entrance to the rental property has taken up its functions, to be used for storing garden furniture, bicycles, etc... and has a wooden terrace exposed to full sun to make the most of sunny days.Access to the beach is via rue de Lavillo: just cross the road and walk along this

path bypassing the Roguennic campsite (3 to 4 minutes walk).

The town of CLEDER is 4.5km away and that of PLOUESCAT 4.5km away where you will find various

shops and boutiques, as well as doctors, dentists, pharmacies, restaurants. You

find a bread, newspaper and tobacco depot at the port of KERFISSIEN (Direction PLOUESCAT).

Electricity (0.20€ / kw), is counted in the winter months from the end of November to the end of March. From April to the end of October, it is included in the price. The tourist tax (1€ / pers. over 18 years old /

day) is to be paid on the day of departure. Bicycles are provided free of charge. Our dog and cat friends are not allowed in the rental.
