Accessibility

Convenient to downtown and LSU campus. Older part of town but felt safe.

Loved it here

Everything was amazing except for the fact that it’s in a bad neighborhood… the bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the bathroom is really spacious

Beautiful apartment unsafe location

The host was great! I cannot say enough about how accommodating he was and helpful. However from the start vrbo messed up with the dates it was available and took my money. I was then called by the host letting me know that this had been happening to him all week. Possibly a glitch in system I am assuming. He was able to accommodate me all nights but one. Once I got to the apartment I was a little concerned with its location. Pretty rundown area. The apartment was beautiful inside and clean. I just felt unsafe in the neighborhood. I locked all locks and turned on alarm daily. The last night I was there I was woken up at 2:00am due to yelling and screaming from tenet at apt building next door they kept myself and my daughter up till 4:00am with all the arguing they were doing. I was tempted to call the cops they were so disruptive, vulgar and loud. The next morning I could not get out of the apartment fast enough. I feel bad giving this review since the host and his house keeper are very nice people but I felt I needed to be transparent about the location and my experience. I was very concerned for mine and my daughters safety after what happened that night.
