Great place and awesome location when going to LSU. The walk to campus was an easy one. Will stay there on out next visit if it’s available.

The home was as described. Clean, comfortable, and an easy and enjoyable walk to the campus for a conference we were attending. Lots of good cajun food nearby, we left our diets in Texas for the trip . Would recommend and would stay there again!

Melissa was a dream to work with and fantastic with her hosting and communication! You can’t beat the location and the ease of accessing. We really appreciated her flexibility and the wonderful property while moving our kid into LSU.

Perfect for LSU move-in, move-out! Easy walk to Tiger stadium/LSU campus. Easy and close drive to Cedar/Spruce halls. The hosts are very responsive. The neighborhood is a little sketch but we felt safe in the unit, especially with the gated parking lot. Great value. Only minor complaint is the small bathroom, but the shower pressure is A! Would book again.

Upon arriving, I was met by Melissa & Beau who were friendly and graciously advised me to contact them anytime if we required anything. Great location as we walked to the LSU game. Townhouse was furnished with everything we required for our 2 night stay. Liked the gated parking and large shared yard.

Great location, very good space, reasonable rate

The old Nicholson Oaks complex, now the Monroe, is a trip down memory lane for us. I lived in one of the units in the early 1980’s and while neighborhood has changed, it is still similar enough that triggered many memories. Our stay was perfect, everything is clean, and the hosts are great. We will book here again.

This was a great stay during family weekend at LSU. It was a convenient 25 minute walk to campus and 15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium. While the area around the property didn’t feel the safest, I felt completely safe at the property and loved that there was a gated and secure parking lot for my rental car. Melissa was amazing with all the communications and made it very easy to get in touch with her if I had any questions or concerns. I’m already thinking of booking the property again for the next family weekend at LSU!!!

Upgrading and preserving the charm!

Great stay! Convenient parking, clean, and comfortable!! The structure is older but the owners are actively updating without taking away the character and charm! Even with it being an older structure, everything is perfectly functional. As a night shift worker, I had zero issues falling and staying asleep on that comfy bed! I was worried about noise but with those quality windows, I barely heard the outside world. Noise cancelling headphones not required! Would absolutely stay again!

Great location!!! Min from LSU baseball and football

If your looking for a location super close to LSU baseball or football this location is great. Nice property. 2 bedrooms you up stairs with comfortable beds. Just incase you have small children or people who can't do stairs just know only bathroom is upstairs. Bathroom is really nice with a tub and shower. Couch is comfortable to sleep and sit on. Both gated and ungated parking. They are working hard on fixing up this location and it shows!

The property was adjacent to LSU, so it was easy to find. When we drove into the gated property we noticed a man and woman checking on the site. They were the owners! So lovely and helpful. The townhouse was clean and orderly. It was supplied well with anything you could want or need. The owners welcomed our call if we did need anything. If you're going to an LSU sporting event, you can walk!

Everything was great Being new in this business, I understand a few things need to be learned. I suggested to the host, that a few amenities were assumed like coffee or tea, coffee filters, soap and shampoo, but mostly anti-slip strips in tub as well as a grabbar to get in and out of shower. We will definitely stay here in the future. I would actually rate this 4.5
