Great location you can walk to the grocery store, restaurants and beach. The apartment is spacious.

It was bright and well situated. When we requested towels for the beach and a couple of other things from the owner, Sebastian was very quick to respond. It was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you needed. We were very happy with our stay here.

A Perfect Visit

The location, about 5 minutes from the lake/public beach is perfect. Views of the Alps are stunning. Sébastien is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any question. The property was impeccably clean. We would definitively recommend and would love to stay again.

This place was advertised as 2 bed 2 bathroom but in reality it’s 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Owner submitted two photos of the same room with different color comforter covers which can make you think that you are looking at 2 different rooms. We had to look for different accommodations after we got there during heatwave which costs us more money.Im still waiting for my refund. Be aware. This listing is misleading and owner told me that he is not sure why they advertise it as 2bed and 2 bathroom. Also no AC.

exceptionnelle location

A 15 minutes d'Annecy.
