Logement agréable, très propre, très fonctionnel, clair, très bien agencé, bonne literie, et très bien équipé. (électro ménager, vaisselle....)Immeuble calme, bien situé à proximité des thermes du Lac mais également à 20 mn de Dax par navette gratuite à 5 mn à pied du logement . Grand centre commercial en moins de 10 mn en voiture.De plus, nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent accueil par l'hôte qui a été conciliant sur nos horaires d'arrivée .Très bon rapport qualité/prix sur St Paul les Dax et les environs.Les photos correspondent à la prestation proposée. Le couple d'hôtes est très accueillant, attentifs à nos besoins, l'appartement très confortable, au 4 ème étage avec ascenseur ce qui est appréciable, un parking privé, internet , nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, un lac à proximité dans la ville, ainsi que tous les commerces nécessaires et à quelques kilomètres, la mer et tellement d'endroits à visiter !,

Bonjour, merci pour l'appréciation, c'est sûr il existe mieux comme sortie de résidence, au niveau d'1 feu rouge c'est pas top mais on y arrive en vous donnant quelques astuces pour ne pas trop attendre et en espérant que ça change un jour :) Bonne journée Karine et Frédéric
