We had a great stay. Our host Stephen was very welcoming and the condo has lots of nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the location is very convenient to lots of great beaches.

Beautiful location

The property owner gave great instructions on accessing the property. The condo was clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys that were there. It was nice having a bbq grill at the condo too. We really enjoyed our stay here in Maui.

Beautiful property close to the beach

This was our family's first trip to Maui. The bedroom with 2 twin beds and sofa bed were perfect for ours teen kids. Wonderful property manager! Great communication. The condo was clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs, the kids loved body boards! Also the bbq grill at the condo is very nice! Very short drive to shopping center and restaurants, 5 mins walking to the beach, Looking forward to staying here again next time I come to Maui!

This unit was perfect for our family and had everything we needed!

The location of this unit is perfect. Close to the Shops at Wailea and all of the best beaches. The kitchen was well stocked with all the gadgets and pots and pans we needed for cooking, there were lawn chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards and towels for the beach. The only reason I didn’t give this property a 5 star rating is that it really needs a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom. It wasn’t “dirty”, as a matter of fact, I checked the oven, fridge, microwave and bathrooms when we first arrived and they were all well cleaned. Just the walls, blinds, sliding walls, etc. need a good wipe down. I would recommend this property to others. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

Happy to be back Maui!

Once again we enjoyed the location of The Palms to the beach, tennis, golfing and shops. This unit was comfortable and nicely appointed. Have booked to come back again next year. Thanks again Stephen.

Amazing Condo for beach and swim

We loved Stephen’s condo! It was spotless when we arrived and smelled so clean, the kitchen was well stocked for basic meal prep. We loved that there were lots of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a small cooler to use. The pool is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The only downside was there wasn’t any bedding for the pull out sleep sofa, so we had to figure something out with that. But otherwise, it was perfect!

Hot

The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in the upkeeping of the condo. Despite the overpowering smell of pine sol as we walked in, we felt it was a bit dirty and did not seem to be well taken care of by the cleaning company. Floors were sticky and sandy and many utensils were dirty. The slider blinds could not be closed due to a broken handle, patio light was out, and the screen door did not fit on track and was extremely difficult to open and close. The washer and dryer were both full of lint and sand. The vacuum was left full of dirt and layered with dust. Bathroom towels were limited and extra bed linens were not provided. Finally, the only AC unit was located in the master bedroom. The rest of the condo, including the second bedroom, was so hot and uncomfortable that we were unable to hang out and relax in the main living space during our stay. Unless another ac unit was installed in the main living space and cleanliness was improved upon, we would not stay in this unit again.

Beautiful location and Open layout

This Condo was very easy to access and close to everywhere we wanted to be in South Maui. Wailea is our choice location for our stays in Maui. The Beaches near by are some of the Best in the World. The landscaping is well kept and lush. The Owner is very accommodating and helpful. We were very pleased with the property as it was furnished nicely with everything you need to enjoy your time there.

Great value for price

Stayed at Palms at Wailea many times, first time this exact unit Great location, very clean and well stocked condo. What you see in listing is what you get - which we appreciate! Condo owner easy to communicate with and quick to reply to the couple of questions we have. Will come back to complex again and would be happy if ended out in this unit again x

Light, bright, spacious condo - pics don't do it justice!

Had a wonderful stay with our family (me, husband, kids age 14 and 10.) The photos on the listing really don't do it justice: condo is freshly painted, and immaculate. There are peekaboo views of surrounding hills from the unit. Beautiful wood furniture, updated showers, fully stocked kitchen, new washer/dryer. The extra large lanai was wonderful, with gas grill that was super clean and worked well, and housed the beach gear. Private outdoor staircase to the unit was appreciated especially given COVID. Owner & manager were very responsive with a couple questions we had. The Palms overall is a well-kept, beautiful complex. Landscaping was lovely; community pool and hot tub are in excellent shape with good quality tile and design. It's a few minutes from the fancy hotels and adjacent beaches, and felt very safe and upscale. The only downside of the unit that I can think of was there was some street noise from cars - we live in an urban area so it wasn't an issue for us, but if you're used to a far-suburban or rural quiet, you might notice the traffic sounds.
