This beautiful, tropical two-bedroom/two-bath condo is just a short 5-minute walk from the world-famous Keawakapu Beach!! Nestled in the serene and exclusive Palms at Wailea, this hidden gem is close to Wailea’s top dining, shopping, and three championship golf courses!

Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort and style! The garden-level lanai offers comfortable seating and is surrounded by a lush lawn and fragrant tropical scenery—perfect for evening dinners or morning coffee. The fully furnished kitchen includes everything you need to cook delicious meals at home, featuring modern appliances and all the amenities you need for a carefree stay.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa and flat screen smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a long day of island adventures. The 3-zone split air conditioning system ensures cool comfort in the living room and both bedrooms.

Great location!

While it is an older property it is well maintained and has all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. It was clean and the location was fantastic - calm and relaxing with close proximity to restaurants and activities. The property managers should increase their recycling options (bottles and cans only), but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and unlike other units in the same complex, this condo has an A/C unit in each bedroom. Easy walk to the beach and the onsite pool is nice. Owner was approachable and responded to all queries quickly. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!

Great spot! Fully equipped condo, great for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Although the unit is a bit older, it was clean, and well decorated - it’s nice in person than in the photos. Nice, big layout. Kitchen was fully stocked and the unit was equipped with all beach related things. Communication was easy and timely - we will be back!

Large Unit with Great Outdoor Space

Lots of room for our group of 4 adults to spread out. Really enjoyed outdoor patio space and community pool. Well appointed unit with all the necessities and more, including beach toys and chairs, umbrellas. Overall nice unit. Important to know that unit is near busy road and therefore there’s a moderate amount of road noise. Carpet appears older and needs either replacing or deep cleaning.

Well cared for and stocked

The Palms is a great location for a Maui vacation - central to all the great spots Maui has to offer. The unit itself is dated but well cared for, and is well stocked for cooking, entertaining and spending time on the beach. The lanai is quiet and backs on to a lovely green space. No direct view of ocean but close to the pool which makes sunset viewing very easy. The only complaints we had are the size of the kitchen - which is a bit small for two people working together, and that it had rug instead of tile in the living spaces. Also the property manager was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

Fantastic Holiday

This is the first time we have stayed in Wailea, but it won't be the last time. I can't say enough good things about the accommodation and the service we got from Malinee & Jen as the Property Managers. What a nice surprise to meet the owners on our first day as they were leaving, and they welcomed us into their home away from home. The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed to enjoy our vacation was provided from beach chairs, towels, etc. Lots of stuff for the kids to use at the beach (if you bring them !!). The pool and hot tub area was just a short walk from the unit and provided a nice relaxing area when we weren't at the beach. The closest beach was 5 mins away and we never had any problems with parking. Overall, one of the best holidays ever in Maui and will hopefully be back next year. Highly recommended.

Perfect!

We were a family traveling together but staying in two separate units. These were a minute’s walk from each other, one building apart on the east side. This unit did not have stairs and was wheelchair accessible. It was a very spacious two bedroom. Photos are accurate! We loved having a large lanai, the kitchen was well stocked, there is washer/dryer in the master bath closet, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, snorkel gear, everything you need for a fun vacation. This unit is updated with nice decor, newer carpeting. The second bedroom is enclosed with its own pocket door to hall bathroom so it’s “almost” like having two master suites if you request the twin beds to be parked together. Every room has a ceiling fan and AC!!!!

Lots of ‘No No’s’ for children, better spot for adults

We weren’t blown away by this place. After checking in we found signage and instructions stating that no floaties or toys could be brought to the pool, even a ball to throw around was against the rules. There were also many (many!!) signs about no sand, the a/c, the shades and more. It made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time. In addition, we found a broom but no dustpan to help cleanup the sand. This might be a great spot for someone who won’t go to the beach and doesn’t have children, but it wasn’t a good fit for us. The facilities were older and could really use an update.
