A very beautiful location and we had a wonderful 10 night stay. Accommodations were very lovely and very clean and very well equipped. We just loved the lanai being right on the ground floor near the very beautiful barbecues. We loved our stay.

1903 is a nice unit, clean with nice extras, beach chairs and umbrella, quiet location but close to pool. One big criticism, the master bedroom mattress is horrible and needs replaced immediately. Neither my husband or myself had a single good nights sleep during our stay. So… would not stay here again.

Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was great. It was nice to be able to cook and not have to eat out for every meal. The location was perfect as well. We drove all over the island and nothing was too far away, including a day-trip to Haleakala. It was also nice to have beach gear (towles, umbrella, cooler, etc.) avaiable. We've stayed at different places on multiple trips to Maui, and I would stay here again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: Amenities were super accessible, easy walk to the pool, AC is A+, very clean with nice updates.Only downsides - mattresses were very soft, there isn't much of a view, and there's no noise isolation in the 2nd bedroom so if you have a light sleeper in there you will probably wake them up if you do anything in the living room or kitchen.Overall super nice unit, we just got home and are already talking about booking another stay here next year.

Amazing condo/Amazing location

We had a wonderful stay and cant wait to stay here again. We enjoyed the amenities and extras the condo had. The beach chairs, snorkel masks & boards were a big hit. There was a few things broken when we arrived, but it didn't really affect our stay too much, that is the only reason for 4 stars vs 5. It's a beautifully furnished condo with everything you need for an amazingly relaxing stay. The beach is within walking distance and one of the least crowded. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We look forward to staying here again in the future. We were extremely pleased with this condo.

Wonderful Location

We very much enjoyed our stay, and would have awarded 5 stars, except for a few problems we encountered. FYI, this is our second stay at one of the Palms properties, so we had something to compare to. Apartment was close to the pool, but pool area had no shady area or umbrellas until late afternoon. Water was very warm. Unit was not newly remodeled. and had worn lanai furniture, old towels and bedding, and some other problems we’ve communicated to the PM. All in all though, a fantastic location, and beautiful vacation.

Roomy condo, perfect for family

My family of 4 loved this condo. The beds were comfy, the decor was beautiful, & unit had all the amenities we needed. Lots of beach gear on the patio which we took with us on our beach days (4 chairs & 2 umbrellas - they also had sand toys for little ones). We ended each day at the complex pool, which was beautiful. We loved the proximity to Ulua Beach, The Shops at Wailea, & the Beach Walk. We enjoyed meals at Gather, Da Kitchen, Sugar Bakery, & Kapa Bar & Grill. It is @45-50 min drive to the Kaanapali area but still worth it to stay in this condo.

Wonderful vacation and location

We stayed at property for 3 weeks, very nice, clean and very responsive to our request for a new sun umbrella and delivered it right away. Very accurate description of property, great location. Some road noise, but not terrible and hard to avoid. Very nice property with well kept grounds and pool area. Would stay again.

Just as they said . . .

As described, the place was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and close to the beach & golf. The property was open and inviting. The outdoor BBQs were within a short walk and cleaned often. We loved it. We will return soon.

Great Holiday Stay

Great condo and location for our family holiday. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans for cooking meals. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards & cooler for family of four. Close enough to run to Ulua Beach path in the mornings but had to drive and park to load in and out for a day at the beach. Great sized bathrooms and plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Only issue we had were the sliding doors the first night we arrived. Called maintenance and they fixed quickly! Would visit again!

Perfect Palms Stay

We loved our time at the Palms. Our young family loved having the ground level area to play indoors or outdoors and the pool was a big hit. Super close to great shops and restaurants as well. Would happily recommend to friends and family!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good. Property condition was good but there was significant flooring damage by the dishwasher which was reported to the manager. Hopefully they fix it before someone else uses the unit 1903. There is a void in the foundation which causes the flooring damage, possible tripping hazard which is why I don’t recommend this unit until it is fixed.

Good condo for family

This is a very nice condo. Furnished and decorated very well with comfortable beds and a layout that was excellent for our family of 4 -- one good kids bedroom with twin beds and a separate bedroom with attached bath for the parents. The outdoor patio was a pleasant spot for breakfast and has enough room both for a dining table and lounge chairs. The unit was outfitted with key items such as beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a mask and snorkel -- all very handy for our daily trips to nearby beaches. All in all, a very comfortable property with a good overall feel. The location is good so long as you aren’t expecting walkability -- while you *could* walk to shops or the beach, it’s just far enough that realistically you’re much more likely to hop in the car for a short drive to wherever you want to go. And of course the unit isn’t situated to have dramatic views or see the ocean. But it’s a very quick drive to great beaches, Wailea shops, and Kihei for more casual restaurant options. So, a good base for exploring this part of Maui.
