Your health and safety come first, so we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol that includes professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

- The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa that is convertible into a sofa bed and a dining table.
- An open-style kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. You can also have your breakfast on the bar chairs on the kitchen counter.
- A bedroom with a double bed made up of hotel-quality linen.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

In addition to museums such as the Palais des Découvertes, to satisfy our scientific curiosity, and the Cernushi Museum, dedicated to Asian arts, the district is rich in tourist monuments, such as the Arc de Triomphe, built at the request of Napoleon in the aftermath of the famous Battle of Austerlitz. The Obelisk of the Place de la Concorde is a work from the Luxor Temple dating from the 12th century BC. The Petit Palais and the Grand Palais will also surprise you with their impressive architecture and exhibitions. But we don't stop there; the district also houses the official residence of the French head of state, the Elysée Palace, and the magnificent Madeleine Church.

Discover the Chapelle Expiatoire for history buffs, built on the site where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were buried after being guillotined on the current Place de la Concorde. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
