On the ground floor of a lovely Paris building in the safest area near President Palace - sleeps up to 4- queen size bed in alcove, mattress on loft above, sofa bed. Large living room/sleeping alcove/kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower and cloth washer, entry hall with two large wardrobes. Fully equipped.
Parquet floors, oriental rugs, antiques, crystal chandelier, fireplace. Lovely linen and china. Internet, WI-FI, phone, fax. A real home away from home!

A Paris Gem

We had a lovely time in this charming pied a terre! The location was perfect for walking, shopping and commuting. It was nice coming home to a quiet place after a long day. Marie-France was very kind and helpful with questions. We would highly recommend this little gem!

Delightful apartment in excellent location

Lovely apartment. We stayed 5 nights (2 adults plus 11y/o and 13 y/o). Clean and well equipped apartment. Was great to have the washing machine and also the air conditioning as we had lovely summer weather. Area is very safe with a couple of metro stations and lots of streets with cafes, restaurants and shops nearby (within 5mins walk, easy). The area is flat and we don’t mind walking so walked to the Louvre (40mins), Champs Elysees (15mins), Galaries LaFayette and I’Opera (10mins), and many other places. So much to see where ever you walk 😊 20mins in taxi from Gard du Nord. Also very handy that it is ground floor so don’t have to lift heavy suitcases upstairs.

The property is in a great location. Marie communicated promptly. The bed was very comfortable, which was nice at the end of a long day. This apartment made it so we had a great trip.

A couple of Americans in Paris for a few days.

Charming, cosy, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped. Quiet street, with nearby conveniences. Could happily have stayed longer, would happily return.

Great location in Paris

We had a great time staying here. It’s the perfect location, you can easily walk to all the top stores or the metro. However, while it’s in the middle of everything it’s a quiet and safe block. The flat had everything we needed, it was clean and well stocked. The host is easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would be glad to stay here on our next trip, it’s really the perfect combination of everything you want and need.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location and neighborhood is very nice. The unit is small but nicely equipped. There is one issue that I would like to relay to the owner but not made public about the cleaning service. When we first arrived we found what appeared to be a wad of hair and debris, like something out of a vacuum cleaner, sitting on top of the air conditioner. Then we observed that the sponges in the kitchen we stained and dirty and in the shower there was a mostly used old bar of soap. Other than that the unit was clean. I would suggest that you relay this to your cleaning service.

Little apartment in the 8th

It seemed smaller than we expected because there was a lot of furniture, but it was in good condition. It seemed very French. The area is near two metro stops about 15 minutes in either direction. We enjoyed our stay.

A perfect place to stay in Paris

Anyone who takes advantage of this offer will not be disappointed. The owner: Friendly and attentive person who gave detailed account of all aspects of staying in this apartment - the apartment itself, internet access and guides provided, shops and entertainment, transport, etc. Any questions answered without delay. Apartment: First floor, small but adequate for a short say, perfectly designed, comfortable, has everything you need, classy and very clean. Location: Everything is nearby, close to the subway and train stations, walkable and 100% safe even late in the evening.

Great central location - gave us a more “Parisian” experience than a hotel

The owner of the property was very helpful. We were here during a heat wave, very grateful for the air conditioning. The notes in English helped us know how to work the washing machine, microwave, etc. Quiet street at night, and the bed was comfortable. The apartment has charm!

Lovely stay and wonderful apartment

We had a lovely stay in this Paris apartment. The location was great. The neighborhood felt very safe. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for myself and my two daughters. I loved all of the guides and instructions in the apartment. When you’re in a foreign country it’s great to have instructions with the appliances. Marie was wonderful, very helpful and easy to reach. I highly recommend this sweet little apartment.

Beautiful and comfortable home base for exploring Paris

My two teenage daughters and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It had exactly what we needed in a home base from which to explore Paris. - The check-in was very easy, the wifi worked great, and the street where the apartment is located is very quiet. Our host was responsive to texts and left clear instructions. - The air conditioning worked well. We did have to reset it once, but someone had left a detailed note explaining how to do that. Since we were in Paris for one day that reached 99 degrees fahrenheit, we really needed it to work. - Both mattresses were very comfortable. The loft fits two adults easily, but is a bit warmer when air conditioning is needed. - The washing machine was easy to use. There is no dryer, but that just required planning ahead for drying time - most things dried overnight. - The shower is very small but worked well. - The location was great for exploring without a car. We could walk easily to the Champs-Élysées (10 min walk) and the Pont Alexandre III (17 min walk). We used 3 different metro stations that were within 9 minutes walk. - The kitchen was tiny, but functional. We ended up cooking one light meal each day with pasta and fresh produce that we bought within a block of the apartment. We went out for coffee and croissants most mornings sampling several nearby cafes and bakeries. We would definitely stay here again - it felt very safe and comfortable. It was also a beautiful place!

Fabulous home away from home!

Marie gave careful thought to every detail to make it comfortable for us. The apartment itself is very beautiful, very French, and ideally sited for exploring Paris. Just 2 blocks from Metro. Street is quiet so able to sleep in comfy bed. Cannot recommend more highly!

Nice Paris apartment for travelers

A good value - safe, clean, well appointed, convenient with modern amenities, private, good location. Comfortable for two adults. There is a loft in addition to queen bed to accommodate separate sleeping spaces. Loft could be used for children. I would not recommend the apartment for more than 2 adults. I would want to stay there again on a future visit.

Very comfortable and well managed.

The apartment is small but has everything as described. Marie, the owner is very nice, extremely professional, and detail oriented, and all the arrangements and communications were flawless. It’s a beautiful pied a terre, comfortably furnished, very clean and well stocked. 5-10 minute walk to the Madeleine and the Champs Elysees. Quiet location for Paris, and a safe area to be based. It was perfect for our 10 day stay.

Spacious studio in great neighborhood

This studio apartment is spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom also good size with standing corner shower. Nice living room area with sofa, table and chairs. Small washer works well and was much appreciated. You then hang clothes to dry on a provided clothes rack. We only used the kitchen minimally but it would have been fine for more food prep. Apartment was nicely appointed. We would recommend!

Great location to start your visit to Paris

Very good apartment, convenient to many attractions, safe, quiet, well prepared and neat upon arrival. Nearby convenience market/store a plus for guests planning to eat many meals in, but plenty of nearby brasseries, cafes/restaurants, if not. Metro service also nearby.

Great location, cute studio!

We stayed here for 4 nights with a family of 5, our children are all 8 and under. The location is great - you can walk to most of the big tourist attractions or the metro is very close and we got everywhere we needed to go never needing more than a single line transfer. The part of town is quiet and safe, and the apartment is efficient - everything you need and no wasted space beyond that. I do wish the blinds would close all the way (there was something in the way that seemed to be keeping them open intentionally) - it stays light in Paris until quite late in summer and putting kids to bed with light coming in was a challenge. There are also street lights outside the apartment. Maybe they would have closed them for us if we had asked, but we didnt. Definitely a fantastic value for the price!

Great little apartment!

Clean and quiet little apartment in a great neighbourhood. A bit small for a family of 5, but workable. Very nice property manager lives across the hall if anything is needed. Short walk to Metro, restaurants, grocery store and high-end shopping. Would definitely stay again!

June Visit

This is a studio apartment with a separate kitchen and a sleeping loft above the bed. The queen size bed was comfortable. Our host provides towels and necessary appliances that you may need, including a make-up mirror. The apartment is ground floor but is pretty quiet due to the neighborhood and one way street. Although not far from the Champs Elysees, it is not a tourist neighborhood. However there are 2 brasseries nearby with English speaking staff.
