This house also offers a touch of luxury with all new-high end furniture, decor, TV's and more. The screened patio area is decorated with captains chairs, a sectional couch, loungers and dining table. The BBQ is located off patio. Our large yard also has a deck with a sitting area & fire pit- these pics are coming soon. Home includes Beach gear, Cruiser bikes and more. Even better, the property is a short walk from almost everything!

Our Sunken Treasure Beach house Is a bit quirky but is oh so cute and has a fun personality! One for the original Beach homes built, this home had some additions throughout the years. We have just updated the home, inside and out. New furniture, paint, linens, bedding, decor, Wifi and more. Depending on where you are standing in the house, you may find yourself slightly leaning to the beach for a day in the sun or slightly leaning to the kitchen to grab an adult beverage and relax on the back screened patio. Location is ideal, 1/2 mile to the Sand bar, Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's the Sandbar, grocery store, Walgreens, shopping, dining and more!
