Steps From The Beach

You will fall in love with this sweet beach house. An open concept main room allows for your group to spend quality time together. Bright light shines through the large sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor patio, where you can continue your relaxation off the spacious main living room. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms gives plenty of opportunities to invite your guests to relax in their own space. Off the master bedroom, is a patio for a fireside glass of your favorite beverage. The large fenced in yard is perfect for families and your furry best friend! Beach access is a short two block walk to the end of the street. Use the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and coolers to spend most of your time in the sunshine and waves. The world renowned Cocoa Beach Pier is a short walk down the pristine beach. You won't want to leave this special get-a-way. Welcome to your new favorite place!

Nice place to hang out with family

Cute and clean and close to the beach and everything. Listing was accurate and the owner was amazing. Defiantly will return.

Had everything we needed and more. Big plus to have coffee on hand, all the spices, nice kitchen ware to cook with, and stocked well with supplies. Love the fenced back yard and outdoor shower. Great location to the beach with no beach congestion. Close to the pier but still a really good surf right there at the local beach. Our family really appreciated the very nice beach shade canopy, chairs, boogie boards, and surf boards. We love to surf so I we were able to not have to bring all of ours. The host was very responsive and kind and down to earth. One of the most accommodating Vrbos we’ve stayed out and the absolutely most responsive host. Would love to come back.

Perfect location

Let’s start with Pros: Very cute house with a beautiful kitchen in perfect location that’s a short walk to beach & area stores & restaurants. Love the huge kitchen table with lots of seating. House provided loads of interior amenities & very comfortable beds. Coffee pods for Keurig & foam creamer were provided along with some various condiments and spices, which is always nice! Also, they had bug spray and sunscreens provided in a little basket. I brought my own but still a nice touch if I were to run out. Also had cleaning supplies available so you can clean along during your stay, which is a huge for me. A few Cons:1) Upon first entering the home, it seemed spotless w/ clean counters & bathrooms but several kitchen chair pads had crumbs and hair on them & a chest/side table by the couch had a lot of sand. We just arrived and I’d placed a bag on that table. When I picked it up I noticed the sand all over. 2) There was a basket of beach towels provided and all were nicely rolled inside the basket. I’d love to add this to the Pros above BUT…I grabbed 2 beach towels and headed to the beach with my husband, only to find that 1 of the towels (after being unrolled on the beach following an ocean swim ) was absolutely disgusting!!!! It smelled awful and looked like it was used to mop up a spill or God knows what! Super gross. This really freaked out my OCD & had me wondering what else may not be clean.3) we had to pay clean fee but obviously didn’t get a clean place.

Beautiful Beach Getaway home

I stayed here with my family following a cruise to visit NASA, get a beach day in and to watch a rocket launch. This home is located close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My son loved running around the huge backyard and getting "lost" in the trees.

Post Cruise Stay

This was the perfect home for our post cruise stay. The location couldn't be beat with the beach a short walk across a quiet street. The host provided us with all of the essentials including a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, and all of the beach necessities. My children especially enjoyed use of the boogie boards! In addition, we made multiple trips to the nearby Golf n Gator, a miniature golf/zoo! We would not hesitate to rent this wonderful home in the future.

Perfect!

The house was absolutely charming and beautifully furnished. It was just a short walk to the beach, which was clean and uncrowded. For they typical beach experience, the Cocoa Beach Pier was within walking distance, too. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. I highly recommend this house for the perfect beach getaway!

Fantastic place to gather with family and friends

We loved our vacation week at this well appointed home. Open concept kitchen/ living area perfect for gathering and loads of outdoor space to play or relax. Short walk to beach and about one mile walk to pier Tiki bar and shops. We had visitors from 9 months old to 84 years old and everyone enjoyed this home.and outdoor space including beach access. We would book this location again

Amazing Place just minutes from the beach!

This place was wonderful! The beds were nice and comfy and it had everything we needed. It was short walk to the beach and we got to see two rockets launch from there. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Florida house

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! It is newly renovated and has absolutely everything you need. It is a very short walk to the beach or you can drive and park at the end of the street. We were in town for my son to play baseball at the Space Coast Complex and it was a very easy drive to Viera. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Great place and just a few minutes' walk to the beach

We had a great stay. The place was as described but better. Stephanie was awesome sending us the all the info we needed. This will be my go-to place when in Cocoa Beach.

Adventure Spring Break

This was perfect for me, two boys and my dog. Close to everything. The bikes came in handy to get to the pier and A1A bike kayak and Surf shop. Driving to Publix and Kennedy space center was required. The beach was close so we walked with our wagon of beach essentials. The home is fully equipped and worked well for us. Host was helpful and responsive. Gave it a full five stars overall!

An Enjoyable Stay

Perfect location for watching a rocket launch on the beach. Also enjoyed the trip to the National Wildlife Refuge center. My dog loved the back yard in her search for lizards.

Lovely home in wonder location

The property was wonderful and well designed for travelers. We had a great few days. Loved being able to walk to the beach and the proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

Great 15 day vacation

This home was everything it was advertised to be. Very nice clean home, great location (3 minute walk to the beach), quite neighborhood and fully stocked with basic items needed. We would definitely stay there again. We had a really nice relaxing vacation. Thank You.

Great stay

The host was super responsive from the initial booking throughout the stay. The house was super clean and fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was truly a couple blocks away and there were beach chairs, boogie boards ant towels available. It was a short drive to the Kennedy space center and I was so excited there was a rocket launch while we were there. We walked to the beach and watched it from there . Great location. We would definitely return if coming back to the area

Beautiful, accessible, great amenities

The perfect beach and space coast bungalow! Great outdoor space and accessibility to the beach were really bonuses. Also, bonus points for food and restaurant recommendations!

waiting for a cruise

Stayed the few days prior to boarding our cruise. Had a great time at space center and a fun beach day using the boogie boards. Home was very convenient for the beach and everything to do around town. Enjoyed the games at night also. Only issue was master bathroom was really dirty, hair/sand/dirt everywhere especially in the shower and the bath mat was not clean. No towels there either. We found them in the dryer still wet? Other than that the home was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach house!

This is a great house, within 2 blocks of the beach. It is well-stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds are comfy. There is a large grocery store 1 mile away, and some restaurants within walking distance. It is on a quiet side street. Stephanie is a good communicator. We had no issues with the home, and it was easy to get in. I would definitely stay there again.

Mark and I have been married for 23 years and we have 2 daughters in college. We live full-time in Orlando but visit Cocoa Beach as much as we can. We have two dogs that loves visiting the house because of the huge back yard.

Our daughters love spending time at this house because they like being so close to the beach! Mark and my brother did the remodeling work on this house and we are so happy with how it turned out! There is always more to do but happy to share the house with you.
