It was a very pleasant stay. There were lots of amenities we could have used to go to the beach (but didn't) that make it a place I'd definitely come back to. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place, and the beds were comfortable for everyone.

Relaxing Stay with Plenty of Amenities

Three generations and our canine enjoyed a four night stay. Convenient location, plenty of amenities, quiet, clean, roomy, comfortable, and down right pleasant was our time at the vacation home. Bikes, beach toys and chairs, large backyard, and not too far from the Kennedy Space Center (30 minutes or so) are just some of the great things about this rental. Being from a remote area in very Northern California, the quiet neighborhood was a plus for us. Thank you for the wonderful rental. We would definitely rent this property again.

Everything was above expectations. Only small issue was 2 of the bikes were not usable. One had a flat tire and the other needed a new back wheel or repaired sprocket was loose and no tools to try to fix it.

Great Beach House

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome beach house! The proximity to the beach, the pier, Publix and restaurants is literally a short walk or bike ride away. We parked our car and didn’t move it again it until we had to go. We had a minor problem with the bike lock but Cindy solved the problem immediately. We have zero complaints and we had such a great time… we can’t wait to return!

Nice beach house

The house was lovely uppon entry, decor is pretty.However the house was not well cleaned some things included-dirty floors-stained sheets, towels, shower curtain-lots of hair in towels and bedding-rusty, dirty, and broken knives-There were specific "sleeping blankets" that were very dirty.We felt the need to strip the beds and wash the sheets befor we went to sleep.We had to use one nonnrusted steak knife to prepare our meals.And finding a clean non staiened towel was hard to findOn the plus side we did let the peoperty manager know of all of these things. She was very quick to responds offered to send a cleaner over( due to the time we declined).She also assured that the dirty and stained items would be replaced soon ( that does not help us for our trip) so she came by and gave us a 100 gift card to off set the cleaning fee. The house was lovely, had a great location, great set up and we would definatly stay again if it was gaurenteed to be cleaned better.-hair in

Beautiful beach house in great location

This property was a great fit for our family vacation with 6 adults and a baby. It was in a great location close to the beach, just down the street (5 min walk) was an access point to the beach. It’s close to the pier and lots of different restaurants. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated making you feel like you are right on the beach.

Great for a weekend getaway

We had a lovey stay! Booked the trip to dip a day at the space center and a day at the beach! Easy to access both. The main drag that you have to cross to get to the beach is a little dangerous, especially if you have little ones. But there’s public parking right at the beach access and there’s also a crosswalk not too far from the house. The house is very clean and all the things we needed to cook. All in all a great stay.

Cocoa Beach trip

Great location and the house was a beachy feel. Had outside grill along with ice maker and mini fridge. Big back yard. (not fenced in) Had bikes to use and a great neighborhood to ride them in. We really enjoyed our stay there. Convent to everything!

You won’t be disappointed

This property is beautiful and feels like your own home. It was kids friendly and yet upscale. Short, pleasant walk to beach. We said we will plan extra days at the first of our vacay next year to stay here before a cruise.

Everything you need

The house was very nicely remodeled and clean! Had everything we needed for the beach and even provided shampoo and conditioner in showers which I don’t usually see in home rentals! Also had fun games and a puzzle that was enjoyed on a rainy day.

Weekend getaway before cruise

Very clean close to beack

Very clean and updated. Beautiful bathrooms with delightful rain shower heads bathrooms could use large mirrors towel racks and a working outlet in guest bathroom. Very comfortable large beds and plenty of closet space but no dressers to put clothing in and no mirrors in guest bedrooms. Patio not as pictured in ad instead had picnic table and 4 rocking chairs which was just fine but not what was expected. Also thought it was screened in but was not and bugs was an issue which kept us from sitting out and using the patio. Grill did not work and was quite dirty. Because of its cleanliness and close location to beach we 4 senior ladies would return

Amazing property and totally worth every penny

We had an amazing time staying at this property! It was VERY clean and had everything you would need for a beach rental! Also, the AC worked amazing! Hahahah I was worried about that and was looking for that in the reviews and couldn’t find it. Some beach people love the cool breeze and don’t love AC, I’m a midwestern and pregnant so that was not on my list! AC was amazing and they had a working ceiling fan in every room as well! I just wished they had an enclosed backyard, but it might be against their rules! If we come back we would book this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for providing some lasting memories for myself and my family!
