Entertaining Oasis with Ocean Views. Beautiful canal front home with inground saltwater pool. This open-concept 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home was built in 2018 . It features a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with breath taking views. Great outdoor space with a gas grill, swing , and pool table. Inside Hickory Hardwood flooring throughout with authentic Chicago brick floors in each bathroom. A custom kitchen awaits you and plenty of space to relax upstairs while enjoying the ocean views.

New home built in 2018 with a salt water pool has great indoor/ outdoor space. Open concept inside with a custom kitchen. Enjoy wide open views of the Atlantic Ocean from your upper level balcony. Easy boating access is a bonus.

Guest have access to everything. They have a free pool table and 2 kayaks available for use.

I’m always available by phone or text message if you need anything.

Everything in Marathon. Beaches, Boat Ramps, Marinas, Restaurants, Fishing Charters, Grocery Stores, and Shopping.

Relax and enjoy the Ocean Breeze you found paradise. To heat the pool it cost $150.00 per week.

Good rental property

The property was well furnished and comfortable for our needs. Pool and other amenities were a bonus and all parts of the property were well maintained. Frank our host was very attentive.We would go back again!

A beautiful house with a beautiful view

The house was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants, beautiful view, wonderful neighbors and a very responsive property manager. Frank was awesome. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Awesome house!

We had a great stay at this house! There were 8 of us including kids. We rented a boat for a few days and enjoyed keeping it at the house. The kids went fishing off the dock every day, we even ate the snapper they caught!

Amazing view and clean home!

My husband, son and I had such a great experience with this house. First of all, it has room enough for a couple different families. It is clean, beds are super comfortable, and the view is spectacular!! We took the kayaks out, played pool and swam in the nice pool. You can even watch TV on the deck! Frank, the property manager, was GREAT!! He brought us his own personal fishing poles when I asked him where I could rent some. He went above and beyond for anything we needed! The location is great; you can walk up to a little strip mall for ice cream or shopping and all the neighbors were all nice and had ideas of what to do in the area! The experience was above our expectations! I would HIGHLY suggest this house and will be sharing it with my friends. Thank you so much! We can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful place!

The house was fantastic. It's in a quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks off Hwy1. It's pretty much in the middle of Marathon so it's close to anything you'd want to do. Sitting on the deck watching sunrises, eating key lime pie, drinking coffee all while looking at the Atlantic Ocean off the deck was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The outdoor living spaces are perfect. From the large deck to the lower pool area and dock front on the canal. We had manatees swim by almost every day. We caught all sorts of fish in the canal as well. The kayaks were a fun way to get out and explore the area and there were 2 adult and 1 child life jacket available for use with them. The pool is bigger than it appears in the pictures and the kids spent hours in it every day. The kitchen is big and has all the things necessary to make anything you could want. We did have some terrible weather when we were there and the smart TV's were really appreciated. Bedrooms where large and beds were comfortable. Our family had a great time at this house and we would not hesitate to come back or suggest it to others.

Relaxing Stay

The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor area. The pool was heated to 85 degrees, and my family really enjoyed spending time in it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. My boys enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Wonderful Keys Experience

Everything we wanted in a rental. Owner was very helpful, and everything was as advertised online. We rented a boat and used the slip. The house was tidy and clean. We had a wonderful Keys experience at this house.

Paradise

Loved the property. Seems to need some tender loving care as in a few repairs. It needs a deep clean. But beside that I don’t think you could find a better location and house. We definitely plan on staying again if we don’t buy a place.

Incredible family vacation

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Ocean Breeze. The house was the perfect size for our extended family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had space and yet we felt like we had a lot of time together. The house was very nice. Everything was new, the beds were very comfortable. We used the kayaks and the pool daily. The pool table was a nice added touch. We loved having our coffee on the outside deck every morning and our wine there in the evenings. The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the house is amazing. We would walk or kayak to the end of the block for both the sunset and the sunset. We found a lot of things to do in Marathon to keep us all busy. The house is close to Sombrero Beach and the Bahia State Park. Both were great places to spend the day. Frank the property manager was very helpful and responded immediately to our questions. He even dropped off some beach chairs for us :) We had an amazing time!!! Wish we had 2 weeks instead of only one.

Lobster Season

We took a family vacation with my kids, granddaughters and extended family. We had a wonderful time in the pool, the house was great and all the beds were comfy. The TVs in the rooms was great with the kids and enjoyed the back porch. The boat dock was great and easy access out to Atlantic side for fishing and lobstering. We would Love to come back again to the house!!

Annual Keys Trip

The home was built in 2018 and was very beautiful, but if you come to the keys to fish, the parking space and boat dockage was not ideal for a 25 ft boat. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you are not bringing a boat.

Great home for our family of 5 vacation!

We wanted a place where we could spread out comfortably, have a kitchen for coffee/breakfast/occasional dinner in & lots of things to do (fishing, swimming, kayaking, reading, etc), while still being together and this home did not disappoint! We enjoyed fishing off the dock (& even caught some snapper big enough to grill & eat!), cooled off in the pool, enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony, and took a kayak out for a peaceful, beautiful paddle. We found the beds to be very comfortable, loved the decor, and enjoyed the area shops & restaurants (a short walk to Sweet Savannah’s was a favorite for ice cream). The location was also nice for day trips to the beach at Bahia Honda (20 minutes), Key West, & Islamorada. We wished we’d had another week!

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful house and accommodations. The only complaint is that the week flew by. We enjoyed the kayaks, pool, pool table, and the comfort of the home. I have a couple of suggestions ( we own rental house as well), the house needs a blender and chairs that recline outside by the pool if you wanted to take a nap while sipping on your blended beverage. Soap dishes in the bathrooms would be nice, they would preserve your wood cabinets surrounding the sinks. Other then those things, the House was perfect!

Spring Break 2021

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Frank the property manager was very easy to work with an responded immediately with any questions we had. We were all so sad to leave but know that we will we be returning soon and would love to stay here again!

Ocean Breeze Oasis getaway

Our family spent the first week of January at Ocean Breeze Oasis and had a wonderful time. The house is new and beautifully decorated with awesome amenities. The location is great, only a couple of homes from the Ocean. Kayaks were a fabulous addition, perfect to paddle out of canal and watch the sunset. We rented a boat and the dock was easy access and channel is well marked (note it is one canal over so follow markers as it is extremely shallow straight out of the canal). Short ride (maybe 6 mi) to Sombrero reef and Coffins patch. We spent our mornings on the upper deck having coffee and reading, afternoons on the dock, in the pool or out on the water, and evenings Grilling and playing pool on the patio. There are also some great restaurants nearby. Frank was very responsive. I Highly recommend this property!! Not a complaint but suggestions for the owner: we would have enjoyed some lounge chairs outside and while the home sleeps 8 there were only 4 coffee cups and wine glasses :).

Fun Winter Break regardless of the weather

The property was impeccable! There were various areas to relax and enjoy our time in the keys. Between the kayaks, the pool table, the pool, the swing, and the amazing balcony everyone in our party enjoyed our stay even when the weather wasn't cooperating. Frank, the property manager, was very attentive and always available if needed. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more!
