Minutes from local wineries and town of Hammondsport. Bully Hill, Dr Franks, Heron Hill plus more. Can accommodate up to 14 people. Amenities: Alexa Radios, WiFi, adult/family games, PlayStation 4, dock, Cornhole, Outdoor Fire Pit, Life Jackets, Kayaks and paddle boards. Private massage therapist.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please bring all bed and bath linens to laundry room

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking, Pets, underage drinking NOT ALLOWED. Damages will be paid by guest. Cover fire tables and turn off propane when not in use.

Return all items by end of each night. Life jackets mandatory for kayaks and paddle boards. No sanitary wipes or other objects in toilets.

Violation of house rules will result in immediate removal of property and no Refunds given. Locked rooms/cabinets not permitted for entry.
