We stayed at this house a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed the stay. The house was as described and check in was easy as was check out. The house was particularly well supplied with cooking gear and oils, spices, etc, even plenty of laundry detergent and hand soap, plus linens. Although not that big, the house was laid out well to eat or sit in the family rooms.
Although this was all disclosed and hardly unusual for the cape, the bedrooms other than the master aren’t air conditioned and this was a particularly hot week. No one to blame, but if you are going in July or August and can’t tolerate a warm bedroom it is something to think about. Also, while the house is close to Duck pond and the rail trail, it is actually next to a fully finished/paved section, so you have to bridge a mile, to get to easy bike riding. But once you do, you can keep on biking for miles and miles. The house is a bit off the highway and about a mile and a half from nearest stores/restaurants which makes it quiet, but if you want in town, close walking distance to everything, this isn’t it.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.
