We had a wonderful stay. The condo was cozy, clean, comfortable and spacious. It’s in a perfect location and walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing view

Great place to stay, beautiful view, easy check in, great service, so much within walking distance it was a perfect vacation. Super clean and exactly what the pics showed.

This condo was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the ocean and was within a mile of pier park.

Fully loaded with a great view

We've stayed in 15+ units over the years and this was by far our favorite. It was clean, had updated decorations and funishings and lots of extras in the kitchen.

Great Stay

Condo was very nice and very well stocked with what we needed to cook a few nights. Views were amazing!! The only thing I would say negative is that for what we paid for cleaning, the couch needs to be lifted and vacuumed very good.

View was amazing.

View was amazing! Condo was beautiful however needed to have more pots and pans to accommodate the amount of people to cook for. The communication was great and things were fixed when needed. All in all it was wonderful!

Fall break 23

We love PCB!! The condo was amazing! Very clean. And the views were perfect! We saw dolphins, a few stingrays, jellyfish and I finally saw a sea turtle!! We are already looking forward to next year!

This is an excellent property with plenty of gathering space and incredible views. 3 bathrooms is a huge benefit for groups, so that was a positive thing for my group. The AC works really well so you will be very comfortable considering the heat and humidity for most of the year. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed. The owners were very nice and responsive to all questions as well. You can tell they take great pride in their property.

This condo is nothing but AMAZING. Communication with the owner was great. Erin was very responsive. The property was just as described. Pool/beach items to use while there. Amazing views. We will definitely return! Thank you for having us.

Getaway with family friends and a million dollar view!

We came to Panama City with our best friends & their family. 4 adults, 5 kids. The condo was perfect. The views were sensational. You won’t want to leave the balcony. The pool was great, the fitness center was great, the rental chairs were a great perk so we didn’t have to fight to get a spot on the beach each day. You’ve got restaurants, bars, grocery stores all around you, so you’re right in the thick of things. If we come to Panama City again, we would definitely like to stay here again & highly recommend it to others!

Fall Break Getaway

Wonderful condo! Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Loved having 3 separate bathrooms!! It was on the top floor with incredible views of the ocean and down the strip. You could see the bay also. Very clean condo & the most comfortable master bed that I have slept on & I travel a ton! Elevators were pretty fast. Beautifully decorated- pictures don't do it justice! Very good communication with owner & they even made the door code my phone # so super easy to remember. That is a little thing that means a lot! Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Accommodations

Location is inches from the beach. You can feel the ocean breeze from the balcony. No need to even worry about leaving this unit during our stay. The grills on the property are required to be clean after each use, so get those steaks and burgers ready. I can’t find a reason anyone would be dissatisfied. The owners make the process so simple. They have been some of the easiest owners I’ve rented from. While they want you to take care of there unit, there was no pressure to be fragile with each movement. I have felt that pressure in some of my stays in past experiences. That said, as long as you treat this unit as you would at your own home, you will want to come back.

This was by far the best room we have stayed in! Dishes/cookware stocked, there were pool toys and full size washer/dryer. Bertha tried to ruin it for us but we didn't let her. My only complaint really is that the mattress in the middle bedroom was broken down on the top left side so it felt like the whole bed was going to break when you laid on it, and we found some pans that had been put away dirty, but we washed them no problem. There's a rusty chair on the balcony that needs thrown away, but it wasn't in the way. I do wish there was a broom in the room, but that's no big. Overall, great room, great stay. If you need peace and quiet, Senor Frogs now runs like a night club ALL night long so you will hear that. No fault of the owner though!

I’m so glad the weather from tropical storm Bertha didn’t disrupt your vacation! We will be at the condo next month so I will definitely check out that bed. I haven’t had anyone say anything about it so thank you for bringing it to my attention. I will also get a new broom. There was one in the unit earlier this year. I will also inspect the balcony furniture. It was all good this spring when I was last there, but the salty air can be brutal. I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed your trip!
