The spacious open-concept living area has plenty of seating for all of your family and friends to gather comfortably around the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Not to mention the couch converts to a queen sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger parties. The spacious balcony comes furnished so you can spend as much time outside enjoying the beach views as you do inside. The dining area seats eight with additional seating around the breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware to make your favorite meals from the comfort of your condo.

The master bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, large closet, and a private bathroom with both a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and adjoined bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom boasts two full beds with easy access to the common bathroom.

Location was perfect.. traveled with kids, they enjoyed the easy access to pool and beach.. all house items needed were easy to find and well stocked! Host commutation was great!Would love to come back next year!!

Stayed here in early October. Was nervous it might be a little chilly or bad weather per the forecast but it was absolutely perfect!! This condo was amazing and the views were even better it felt like I was on a cruise ship!!! Location is the best you can ask for too. The host was very nice and explained everything easily. Would 100% come back again and stay at the same condo. I love Jade East!

We really enjoyed the view from the balcony, spending most mornings out there drinking coffee and evenings having cocktails. We did enjoy the condo but, there was a big issue the the first bedroom as u come into condo the mattress was terrible!! You could see the dip in it! It needs replaced badly and the condo needs all new bed pillows they were so flat you might as well not had one even with doubling them! That was the big complaints we had other wise it was wonderful. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This condo is literally perfect! 3 beds, 3 bath, nice size balcony and dining room table- plenty of room for everyone. Loved the master bed and bath- the views!!! Kitchen is stocked. Beach is amazing! Pool was great! Loved everything about this place!! We will be back!

Destin Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo with incredible views! Our family had an amazing time staying here. The kids loved the beach access and pool! Condo is incredibly well stocked for cooking at home.

Great Stay!

Jackie the host was great to work with! She was so quick with responses and accommodating to checking in. The condo and beach was absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. Our family had a great time and we will defiantly be back!

Beautiful condo with fantastic views

We love the layout of the 3BR 3 baths at Jade East. It’s perfect for 3 couples traveling together. The third bedroom/bath has a pocket door to turn it into your own private suite. The owner was very accommodating and great at communicating. We love the convenient location of Jade East to the Harbor and Back Porch areas. We’ll definitely be back!!

The Emerald Coast didn’t let us down

Property is exactly as advertised. Spectacular views of Destin and one of the nicest beaches I’ve visited. Very family friendly. Jackie was an excellent host - flexible and responsive. This was our first time to Destin and it didn’t disappoint.

Cousin's girl trip was fabulous! Our host Jackie Newell was the best!!! Only issue we had was operating elevators. Definitely do it again!!

10/10 Amazing Stay

This condo was beautiful! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was clean, comfortable, and had with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being just steps away from the beach was a dream! The host was absolutely amazing as well. Such a great communicator, always responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. You can tell they really care about their guests, from the easy check-in process to the thoughtful touches throughout the condo.
