**Beach Service INCLUDED FREE every day from March 1 - Oct 31! This includes two chairs and an umbrella set up every morning at 7:30am and broken down around 5:30pm**

Condo is located on the ground floor with the beach just a few feet away from the backyard patio. This condo sleeps 8-10 guests while Destin Commons is located across the street which has a mall, restaurants, and grocery store.

The Perfect On The Beach Condo!

This place is perfect for those that want on the beach, by the pool, and easy access to the parking lot. Great layout of rooms, all the comforts a guest could ask for. Well kept up and the Host communicates exactly well. Highly recommend this property.

Together is my favorite place

Our annual family vacation was wonderful. This location was perfect for our family of nine. Condo was stocked well for cooking in, and being so close to the beach was great. Will definitely be booking this again

Perfect Family Vacation!

This property was perfection! It was the perfect stay for my parents and our 2 children (ages 9 + 6). The bunk beds for the kids were great and the bedrooms and living space were just perfect and beautifully decorated. The pool + beach is just steps away from the door! We would highly recommend this place and would LOVE to come back again next year!

BEAUTIFUL clean place and great location! Loved the lower level easy access to beach and parking lot. Would definitely stay here again and bring some guests plenty of space.

Amazing location and immediate response from owner/manager when help was needed.

The location was by far the best we ever stayed at in Destin. It was perfect! The pool was well maintained, as was the wooden entrance to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and they thought of everything you could possibly need! Our complaint is the cleanliness of our unit. We had to remove the drawer in the refrigerator because it was stuck and not properly placed. The gunk and dried food under the drawer and on the bottom refrigerator shelf was disgustingly dirty. The tops of cabinets, top of refrigerator, ceiling fans were all extremely dirty. The fabric couches were also dirty. We would love to return because of the most amazing location, but hope that the cleanliness is addressed.

Exciting, relaxing, & breath-raking

We had a fabulous time. The condo had everything we needed. We were on the first floor so we just walked a few feet to the steps to the beach. We found some very good restaurants. There were several grocery stores very nearby. I even had some delivered one day. All the other guest around us were Very nice and you could tell they were having as much fun as we had. We stayed for one week, but could’ve easily stayed for two and Continue to have fun.

A perfect place for a girls getaway

The ease of parking, location of unit and mist amazing view of ocean will keep us coming back. Also being gated was nice and was obvious by maintenance being done that the place is kept in good condition. Chris, the property manager gets a trophy for being timely, accessible and a master problem solver.

Blessed experience.

Can't say enough about how the place was absolutely perfect in every way. The property management was excellent and the cleanliness was a+. This location couldn't be more centered in the town with all things avaliable close by. Can't wait to book another time. Thank the Lord for such a blessing.

Attention to detail
