You have just found one of the best, private and quiet retreats in the marvelous Coachella Valley!

Come enjoy this stunning, classic California architecture home while leaving all your cares and stress behind. Lounge by the pool soaking up sun and sipping cocktails. Have a nap in one of our chaise lounges. Grill steaks and eat al fresco. Swim in the year round, sparkling saltwater pool and relax sore, stressed muscles in the large hot tub. Roast marshmallows and watch movies under the starry desert sky. Spread out and enjoy the private yard, citrus trees and so much more.

This gorgeous home features 3 large bedrooms with one being a very gracious and enormous master suite which includes a sitting area, gorgeous mountain views and a most inviting and luxurious master bath. There is a 4th room/den with a queen size sleeper sofa, bar and flat screen television. Each bedroom features a large, flat screen television with streaming capabilities. If you must log on or work, this home features fast and reliable Wi-Fi speeds and yes, it works on the patio.

Speaking of the patio, it is comfortable through any season with ceiling fans and a commercial grade misting system for those warm days and a fire pit and space heater for the cooler evenings.

The grand kitchen is a chef's dream with an extraordinary amount of counter/prep space, stainless steel commercial grade appliances, a large gas range, you name it! It is open to the massive living area and formal dining room and has a huge amount of counter space for dining and entertaining as well.

Enjoy the unrivaled mountain and foliage views from literally every viewpoint of this home. The home is in a very quiet, security patrolled community with no through street and is 100% walled in and gated. Incredibly safe and serene!

Wonderful!

This place blew us away! Hospital clean, loaded with amenities, super comfortable beds, so so private and peaceful and the service was the BEST I have ever had on VRBO! We can’t wait to come back and definitely recommend this great home and Drew to other travelers.

Six weeks in LaQuinta Feb. 14 thru March 2022

We have been visiting this area for 20 years. This property has no grass only packed sand landscaping making the area very dusty with the wind. Had to clean area daily. Pool very small, spa jets out, plus pool shelf, so no room to swim. keep hitting obstacles. The extremely dirty carpeting in the bedroom spoiled my time there. Vacuuming the bedroom led us to believe the cleaning service skips cleaning it. Emptied the dirt cup 1-1/2 times in master bedroom.. And the dishwasher cleaned poorly.

Stunning home that pictures did not do justice. Exceptional property manager/service. The home was the cleanest, best stocked and best experience I have ever had in almost 20 years of renting homes. We cannot wait to come back!

Exceptional Home & Service!!!

Wow what a place! We were told new photos had not been taken yet since the remodel but it was just so much better than we could have imagined! This is such a gorgeous home and set up better than ANY other rental my family and I have ever stayed at. Amenities for guests of all ages and Drew has truly thought of everything. Speaking of Drew, we have NEVER had such amazing, friendly and thorough service. We of course didn’t need anything because he thought of everything but he would check in periodically to make sure everything was okay and the whole process from booking to departure was a dream and above and beyond. We are already planning our next vacation here and can’t wait to come back to this amazing home. Thanks Drew!

Top notch rent property

This is one of the best properties that we’ve stayed at in the Palm Springs area. Lots of space indoors and the pool and hot tub are excellent. Unusually well equipped with day to day necessities. I would recommend it without reservation.

Great family getaway spot

This was a perfect house for our seven family members to spend a week together at Thanksgiving. The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the common areas and pool area were great for relaxing together.

Very relaxing!

We had a really wonderful stay in La Quinta. The property has great amenities and we really enjoyed the pool, grill, and misters in the hot weather. The only complaint is that La Quinta is fairly strict about outdoor music, so we couldn't play any music while outside, which would have been nice. Also, for reference for anyone considering La Quinta, it is about a 35 minute drive to Palms Springs proper/ Joshua Tree. It was fine for us, but you do need to have a car.

Best Host We Have Ever Had!

This is a beautiful home! It has all the extras. The couch was even amazing. Who rates a couch but you will know what I mean when you sit on it. Great home for privacy and quiet in the pool area. The host Drew was freaking amazing!!! Very available to answer any and all questions.

Wonderful spacious home

We stayed for 10 days over Thanksgiving and everything was perfect. The house was spacious and had all we needed. Kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware and sharp knives! We spent hours in and around the pool and hot tub which were warm and clean. The outdoor patio was delightful. Drew (manager) was communicative, friendly and reassuring about our stay. A perfect getaway!

Everything was perfect

With all the craziness going on in the world, kids schooling from their home computers and the rainy season hitting the pacific northwest, my family of four plus my mother decided to go to the Palm Springs area for a two week trip. This house had everything we needed. The pool/spa area is very nice and includes plenty of floats and a mini basketball hoop that the kids played with everyday. The kids would school during the day and hit the pool during breaks. Nice, fully stocked kitchen and a large, open living room with a huge couch that could sit 6 comfortably. Three large bedrooms and an extra office/spare bedroom. The property manager really takes care of you and makes sure you have everything you need. Since the kids were schooling I asked if there was any chance that they had a printer that we could use down there. He didn't, but ending up buying one for the house so we could utilize it while we were there. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Can't Say Enough Wonderful Things!

Perfect Smokey-Air getaway stay at a very, very clean rental with family and in-laws. I always read reviews of houses and it’s safe to say that this house is very accurately pictured and described as advertised without any disappointments or surprises. The interior is nicely laid out with lots of open space and well decorated/modernized. Two thermostats run the AC very well. The 4th separate wing guest room was not planned to be needed at first, but came in great use after grandpa’s snoring following a fun (but hot) round of golf one day. Drew was great! He was Super quick and prompt with responses, which was appreciated since in-laws ended up arriving separately and commutation never broke down. Very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process (hands down the best service I’ve encountered from any property manager). A Nice bonus pool feature (which I hadn’t seen before, but really liked) was how the hot-tub was adjoined to the pool. Our group (and especially my toddlers) ended up really enjoying the feature, especially since the hot tub’s heaters/pumps work really well and heat or cool very quickly. This also helped explain/justify the pool fee as well. They call it a Baja shelf in California but it is an extra large entry step that acts as a lounging area and even a nice shallow area for young kids. It appears most homes on the Nicholas course side have tighter backyards with either space for only either dining or pool areas. Plenty of outdoor dining, relaxing, etc. area and the misters and outdoor fan were much appreciated in the 100+ degree heat. Plus the indoor kitchen and dining area is huge. Thanks again Drew for being a great host!

Gorgeous Home!

I originally booked this home with a bunch of friends where most ended up flaking out. It ended up just being two of us staying in this home and naturally we had more than enough space. The home is truly gorgeous with awesome views and it is so quiet and peaceful which is just what we needed! Loved just lounging by the pool and cooking/dining outside. Clean is an understatement for this home and the extra steps taken for cleanliness and sanitation measures was very clear and of course very appreciated. Beds are incredibly comfortable and the property manager Drew is so friendly, accommodating and thorough. Bent over backwards to make this work for us since our dates and guest count kept changing. Can't wait to come back to this wonderful home in this wonderful California Desert! Thanks Drew!

Exceptional Home & Service!!!

Beautiful home where the pictures actually undersold it! We loved the furnishings and the extremely comfortable pillows and beds. My wife had to ask the awesome property manager Drew where he got several things because "I want I want I want!" she says. The place utterly immaculate and organized and that was much appreciated. Antibacterial soap at every sink, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, you name it and that is such a welcome bonus especially during the pandemic. Even the remote controls were wrapped up with "sanitized" stickers and Drew accommodated a contactless check in to appease my covid crazy sister in law. Drew's attention to detail and genuine concern for our comfort, happiness and enjoyment was so appreciated and above and beyond. The home is huge and very spread out not to mention beautiful and incredibly functional for families and large gatherings. The backyard is indeed private and quiet. We saw no neighbors nor did we hear anything except the trash truck one morning. The stargazing from the awesome yard and hot tub is breathtaking and we loved being able to pop over to a great restaurant for our meals. Couldn’t believe how close we were to such a bustling community with so many shopping, dining, etc. options! Kids are already begging to come back and I can't wait! A big, heartfelt thank you to Drew and the owners for offering us such a wonderful home!
