Everything we needed

We traveled from the east coast with my 91 year old mother for a family wedding. This home was the perfect place for us to stay as a family after several nights at the Hotel Inverness. Mom was able to rest/relax and we were able to see some of the beautiful sites not too far away. The interior of this home looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable and immaculate. Ben is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy.

Amazing girls getaway

This house was beautiful! Celebrated my sister for her upcoming wedding with 13 ladies. The house was clean offering a beautiful backyard patio that even with the quiet hours we were still able to enjoy. The house offered tons of accommodations supply wise. It allowed all 13 ladies to enjoy the home without being overcrowded, however the basement and kitchen area offered a great space for all of us to congregate. The host had great communication from beginning to end allowing for an experience that we won’t ever forget. I will definitely be back!

Family Wedding

What a tremendous surprise walking into the immaculate VRBO home that we rented while attending a family wedding. I have never been in a VRBO ( I have been renting VRBO properties for over 20 years) that was as welcoming and clean as this property! Tremendous space with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Basement space with 2 large bedrooms and baths and a complete separate kitchen with a full refrigerator was a delightful surprise. Main level had two large separate living spaces, kitchen, dining, bed and bath. Only surprise was the upstairs with the master bed and bath and then 3 bedrooms all sharing one hall bath but once we realized the set up, all was fine to utilize the configuration. ( I had assumed with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths that there might have been more than 2 bedrooms with attached baths) Only there for 3 days but the accommodations were PERFECT for our family! Thanks to Ben who was a perfect host!

Very nice house for a large group

The house worked great for our large group. Everything was clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The basement area gave parents with small children in our group their own space to spread out. Kitchen was convenient and well stocked. There were plenty of sitting areas. The fenced back yard was great. Unlike some rentals, everything was as pictured on the website or better. The website mentioned strict neighborhood rules, which made me a little nervous (would people complain about kids' noises?) , but we never had any issues at all with any neighbors. We just kept it down after 10. Overall, this house was a great home base for our visit to the Denver area.

Great Family Reunion Home

This home offers 7 bedrooms and 5 baths! Plenty of room for everyone. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Easy keyless check-in. Our only complaint was the outdoor gas grill which was so dirty we were unable to use and propane tank was empty. Other than that the house provided everything we needed for our big family get together!
