Book with us and enjoy a comfortable stay at our homey Airbnb. be equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Our guests love spreading out in the 3 bedrooms (with walk-in closets and dressers) and 2 full bathrooms. Let your host know in advance if you prefer king size beds or would prefer twin size beds to accommodate more people. We adjust to fit your needs. You'll experience top notch customer service and are sure to rest easy in our safe, quiet, family friendly neighborhood.
Come home and fire up the grill and enjoy the simple pleasures of grilling out on the included stainless steel propane grill. If you want something good to grill, (steak, chicken, sausage, bacon, pork or beef tenderloin, etc.) Midland Meat Co. is where it's at. One of the best steaks I've ever had! Just give your host a heads up and get some steaks delivered right to your door. (Additional cost may be included.) We are here to serve your needs for as long as you need to stay. All my grillers out there are gonna wanna book with us!
Parking:
Our guests also love the convenience of a secure 2 car garage. (2 small cars or one big one. *Be careful on the height of your vehicle*) there are also 4 parking spaces in the driveway and 2 more parking spaces on the street. Needless to say, we have your parking needs covered.
Guest access:
You'll have the the whole property to yourself. Mi casa es su casa.....please make yourself at home.
Other things to note:
Getting Around Town-
Loop 250 and Business 20 are great for getting anywhere across town. Midland Dr., Midkiff Rd., Garfield, A St. and Lamesa Rd. are all main streets running north to south.
Wadley, Andrews, and Business 20 are all your main roads running West to East.
I avoid I-20 as much as possible. (There tend to be a lot more crazy drivers on I-20.)
Business 20 and 191 are the best for getting over to Odessa. Business 20 if going to the center of Odessa or south side and 191 for anything on the north side of Odessa.

My name is Evan. I am Texas raised. I am an ACU grad with a Bachelors in Business Management. I moved to Midland back in 2012 where I met my wife, Leslie. We got married in 2014 and as of right now, we have two little girls. (4.25 and 1.13 years-ish old) So this season of our lives pretty much consists of tea parties, "playing nap time," and fix up Daddy's hair. It's quite a wild lifestyle. This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of kind families. There are several parks you can choose from. We are pet friendly, and are within walking distance to the best dog park in town. This location has VERY easy access to the loop for you convenience. It is also just a few minutes away for a myriad of restaurants. All your needs are within a 15 minute drive.
