The Residence Les Chalmettes is right next to the beginners ski area at the foot of the slopes in Montgenèvre. There is a direct access to the Chalmettes ski lift just 50 m from the residence. There is a nursery for children 100 m away. The residence has a ping pong room, a ski room and a restaurant as well as a car park. Surface area : about 33 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : South-West, West. Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed (160cm), 2 bunk beds (90cm). Kitchenette with special heater to prepare La Fondue, special heater to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine (dolce gusto), pressure cooker, oven, toaster, microwave, 4 vitroceramics cooking rings. Shower room. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
