Finca Can Alba - ideal for 2 people !

About this accommodation

Nestled in the original Mallorcan natural landscape, this pretty, small finca is located on a plot of 8,000 m2 just about two kilometers from the village of Llubi. The house, property and pool are of course available for your sole use. Lovingly restored by the owners, this small holiday home of around 50 m2 offers you rustic comfort. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation there, undisturbed and far from mass tourism.

The accommodation

The small private pool invites you to swim, and you can relax and enjoy nature on the terraces at the house and by the pool (4x3m). A charcoal grill is of course available to you as well as German satellite TV and WiFi.The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.

The walls in the bedroom are not built all the way to the ceiling.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).

In addition, the Ecotasa fee is charged to all travelers aged 16 and over.

Quiet rural and idyllic

The owners were very hospitable and helpful and even met us when our flight was delayed by 4 hours meaning we arrived at 10.30 pm! The accommodation and facilities were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there in the blistering heat of July with the frequent welcome dip in the pool. No noisy neighbours to worry about with this little gem, as you feel that you are in the middle of nowhere surrounded by lovely countryside yet only 15 minutes drive from Inca and 5 minutes drive to Llubi. Grab a bottle of 3.99 euro wine (very respectable too) from Aldi at Inca and sit on the patio sipping a cold white wine whilst watching the sun go down. Perfect. We would highly recommend this charming little villa for those that want some peace and quiet and privacy. Chris and Ruth

We stayed here for 1 week. We enjoyed the rural location of the finca, it was very quiet and peaceful. The finca was very clean and we liked the interior. Outside we enjoyed relaxing on the stretchers near the pool. There is also a BBQ you can use on site. You really don't need more if the sun is out :) A few things could be better:- Water & electricity work on solar panels and a waterwell. Which is a good thing of course. We had no problem with having no water or electricity, but we have only showered both 1 time warm in the whole week at the beginning of our stay. The rest of the stay the shower was cold...- There are two (sweet) cats on site where you have to take care of. We have a cat at home, so this is no problem for us. But it's maybe good to mention to people who are no cat-lovers. We bought food, but later we heard that there was catfood on site. This was in a 'cholirine tablets'-bucket outside. We hadn't thought of looking inside that, because we thought it was for the pool. It's maybe a good idea to write something like 'cat food' on the bucket :)- Last but definitely not least. We had quite some stress about the check-in. Our ferry arrived at 8pm in Mallorca and before arrival we had asked a few times how we were able to check-in? But without response. Luckily we found a Whatsapp number in the email and we could reach out to Carol It would be great for other guests to send them 'late check-in information- or something with the code and exact GPS location.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, Ruhe pur. Man hört außer Schafe und Esel nichts.Die Finca liegt tatsächlich in der Einflugschneise, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Zum Strand ca 35 Minuten. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, HandPooltücher, Fön usw... Was uns gestört hat, war die Hitze im Schlafzimmer. Wir wussten zwar, dass keine Klima gibt's, aber es war dennoch sehr sehr heiß! Die Finca Inhaberin, Catalina hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, und auch die ganze Zeit liebevoll gekümmert. Wir haben ein "Tor" für den Pool mitgebracht (und da gelassen), hatten extrem viel Spaß damit - hoffentlich die Nachfolger ebenfalls. Die 2 Katzen sind soo süß und soo hungrig! ;)Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Tres bon sejour.

Location conforme a ce que nous en attendions.Située dans le centre de l'ile elle permet d'en visiter les alentours Bien agencée , dans un endroit vraiment tranquille avec son côté autonome , panneaux solaires et puit cela nous a vraiment dépaysé et bien plus , adepte de naturisme vous serez service .Nous partagions cette location avec une petite chatte et son petit d'environ 4 mois , tres discret et affectueux , nous les avons soigner pendant notre sejour , j'espere qu'il en sera de mêmes avec les prochains vacanciers car ils sont vraiment mignons et pas méchants. Quelques petites remarques pour ameliorer le quotidien .Les poubelles ne sont pas tres bien indiquer, il faudrait bien précisé ou se trouve les containers sur Llubi.Remarques independante de la bonne volonté des propriétaires:Pendant notre sejour il a fait tres tres chaud , caniculaire , pas facile de bien dormi meme avec les ventilateurs , nous dormions dehors, plutot marrant mais un peu fatiguant,La location est dans un couloir d'approche de l'areoport, les avions passent au dessus ce qui peut etre un nuisance au niveau du bruit.Pour ce qui concerne les restaurants , dans Llu i il y a de tres bons restaurants .Merci a Catarina et Lluc .Jean pierre & Danielle

Exzellent

Wir hatten einen wundervollen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Finca Can Alba. Alles war sehr sauber, das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung war wunderschön! Nichts außer Schafe und Ziegen :) Natürlich braucht man ein Auto, um Ausflüge zu machen, aber Inca (die drittgrößte Stadt der Insel) und zahlreiche Supermärkte sind nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und zum Flughafen sind es nur 30 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr freundlich. Der Fluglärm hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt hier sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Kann ich absolut empfehlen!

Der perfekte Ort

Wir als Vogel und Naturfotografen hatten mit der Finca Can Alba den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Touren. Die Finca liegt in einer sehr ländlichen und ruhigen Lage. Die Finca verfügt über Alles was man zum täglich Leben so braucht. Die Finca war sehr sauber und mit den etwas festeren Matratzen kommt sicherlich nicht jeder zurecht.(Aber besser als zu weiche) Da wir am späteren Abend angereist sind und die Finca nicht sofort gefunden hatten (danke nochmals an Frau Seidel fürs navigieren) hatte uns der Besitzer einen kleinen Imbiss inklusive Bier bereit gestellt. Auch dafür einen herzlichen Dank. Alles in allem war es schöne und erholsame zwei Wochen. Wer Natur und Ruhe mag ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Nette kleine Finca

Wir (2 Personen) haben Ende September 10 Tage in dieser kleinen netten Finca verbracht. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Das kleine Häuschen lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein; der Pool bietet zwischendurch eine perfekte Abkühlung. Mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der nächsten größeren Stadt. Man benötigt ca 20 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand und 30 Minuten nach Palma. Die Agentur war bei Fragen/Problemen jeder Zeit erreichbar; die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge wären zum einen ein deutlicheres Wegzeichen. Wir sind beim ersten Mal an der Einfahrt vorbei gefahren. Auch im Dunklen/Nachts ist diese schwer auszumachen. Einige Gegenstände am und im Haus könnten bei Gelegenheit ausgetauscht/ erneuert werden (bspw. bei beiden Sonnenschirmen teilweise kaputt) Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr gut gefallen.

Pool and garden well kept. Finck well appointed lacks luxury touch’s but value for money. Lane to Finck needs stone or tarmac as some cars will struggle to approach property. Good stay.

Ruhig, idyllisch, Entspannung pur!

Diese kleine Finca ist ein hervorragender Ort, um fernab der Touristenströme zu entspannen und einfach mal nichts zu tun. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Durch die zentrale Lage auf der Insel erreicht man diverse Ziele in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto. Sehr freundliche Vermieter (vielen Dank für die Erstversorgung nach Ankunft!) und schneller, unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Agentur. Flugverkehr und Stromgenerator empfanden wir nicht als störend. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schöne, abgelegene & ruhige Finca

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und umgeben von Feldern in Llubi. Das Haus, der Pool und das restliche Gelände sind im gepflegten Zustand und wird auch regelmäßig überprüft. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen inkl. Gebäck, Frühstücksaufschnitt und Getränken. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Schönes mallorquinisches Landleben

Schönes gepflegtes Objekt. Toller Pool. Ausstattung ist einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von den Eigentümern mit Kuchen, Aufschnitt und Getränken im Kühlschrank. Ein Weber-Kugelgrill ist zum Grillen da. Strom kommt von Solarzellen und Generator, das Wasser aus der Zisterne. Schöner liebevoll angelegter Garten. Das Bett ist ausreichend groß. Wegen des Solarstromes gibt es keine Mikrowelle, Toaster oder Geschirrspüler. Man hört Flugzeuge, was wir aber nicht als störend empfunden haben. Tierlaute sind für das Landleben normal. Es gibt wenig Mücken, Mückenschutz abends trotzdem notwendig. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter und an Herrn Küpper.

Immer gerne wieder

Sehr gemütliche und schöne Finca im Llubi. Der Pool ist super und auch sonst eine typisch schöne Einrichtung im Style Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Besitzer waren sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Kleine gemütliche Finca bietet beste Erholung

Wir wurden sehr nett und unkompliziert von den Eigentümern mit einem Lunchpaket zur Erstversorgung begrüßt. Die kleine gemütliche Finca liegt abgeschieden und ruhig zwischen Feldern und Olivenbäumen. Wir nutzten die zentrale Lage zu genialen Wanderungen in den Bergen oder an der Küste. Für uns 5 Sterne! PS: Die genannten Flugzeuge haben uns nicht so sehr gestört.

Ruhig gelegene Finca zum Erholen

Die Übergabe der Finca verlief problemlos. Als wir in der Finca ankamen stand ein kleines Lunchpaket für uns bereit, damit wir am ersten Tag etwas zu essen haben. Die Finca war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns die gesamte Wohnung erklärt damit wir uns zurechtfinden. Die Finca liegt ruhig und abseits von jeglichem Lärm und Tourismus. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass die Zufahrt zur Finca über eine unbefestigte Straße verläuft und die Zufahrt mit tiefergelegten Autos zum Problem werden könnte. Es ist ein Holzkohlegrill vorhanden welchen wir täglich nutzten. Im ganzen hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut in der Finca gefallen und würden ihn jederzeit wiederholen.

A little gem in the midst of paradise

We had such a lovely and wonderful stay at Finca Can Alba! The hosts had taken care of everything: a very clean and tidy house, a fridge filled with food and water, a loaf of bread and some delicious pastries were waiting for us when we arrived. The little finca is amazing and it has everything you need; a bathroom with a brand new shower cabin, a separate bedroom, a covered terrace which provides shade all day long, a really nice garden, a wonderful pool to cool off in and ample place to park your car. The finca is in a lovely and very private spot, surrounded by fields, sheep and relaxing views. It had everything we could have asked for. The only downside is that we were in the flight path of landing planes towards Palma's airport and at certain times, plains arrive every 2 minutes. You can actually see them lining up in the air. Most of the time they fly by in front of the finca, which isn't too loud, but sometimes they fly right over your head and that can be quite noisy. However, we did get used to it in about a day and we wouldn't hesitate booking Finca Can Alba again. It is something you should consider, though.

Schnuckelige Unterkunft mit tierischen Nachbarn

Nach einem herzlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang am späten Abend, wurden wir von den Vermietern zur Finca begleitet. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Finca hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Für einen entspannten Start in den ersten Urlaubstag haben Catalina und Luke gesorgt - hierfür ganz lieben Dank. Der Außenbereich verfügt über mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und tolle Liegen am Pool. Badelaken lagen für uns auch bereit. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß mit weitem Blick über die schöne Landschaft und als Nachbarn hatten wir Schafe, schwarze Schweine und Ferkel, einen neugierigen Esel, Wiedehöpfe und etliche andere Vögel. Den sehr sauberen Grill nutzten wir mehrfach. Hierfür kann man im Llubi in 2 kleinen Supermärkten oder in Inca gut einkaufen. Der kleine ursprüngliche Ort Llubi verfügt über nette Restaurants ohne Massentourismus. Die Finca Can Alba ist herrlich zentral im Inselinneren gelegen, ideal für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel. Der Check-out war eben so unkompliziert wie die Ankunft. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sybille und Sven

Sehr schön gelegene Finca in der Inselmitte Mallorcas

Sehr schöne kleine Finca für 2 Personen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten am Strand von Can Picafort. Für alle anderen Strände braucht man einen längeren Anfahrtsweg. Vom Standort auch gut geeignet um mal in die Berge zu fahren. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und mit großem Garten und sehr schönem kleinen Pool ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sogar Feuerholz für den Kamin wurde uns auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Hier noch mal ein großes Dankeschön. Einziges Manko ist der doch etwas störende Fluglärm, da die Finca leider in der Abflugschneise von Palma liegt. Das lässt sich leider nicht ändern. Ansosten hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Finca

Die Finca war so,wie wir es uns gewünscht haben.Tolle Lage,sehr ruhig und nicht weit weg nach Llubi.Die Vermieter sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle,als die Gasflasche lehr war.Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.Daumen hoch
