Lovely little villa, perfect for just my wife and I. She is an avid swimmer and loved the size of the pool. Very quiet area although the rooster next door likes to let you know he's around. Level walk into the old town with its beautiful main square, takes maybe 20 minutes. There is a handy little car park near the Roman bridge which cuts the walking time in half.

The villa was perfect for us - quiet and very private (enclosed boundary and no close neighbours) but with easy car access to two decent-sized supermarkets (5 mins) and walking distance (20 mins) to the centre of Pollença for eating out. The pool was a good size and the villa spacious enough for two. Wi-Fi access was good and the air-conditioning was efficient. The villa was straightforward to find down a narrow lane accessible from either of two directions. We used Google maps street view to help with the location in advance and the large entrance gate is heavy and slides to the left to open.

we had a lovely stay here, the villa is in a lovely location, walking distance to town with lovely peaceful surroundings. the property is a very good size inside and out. the pool is great, very big for 2. all equipment supplied is easily adequate for 2 week stay. owner very friendly and helpful

Location

Nice villa with everything needed for 2 people. Excellent air con and comfortable bed. Great location, with an easy walk to town and no near neighbours....except for all the chickens and cockerells next door.

Lovely pool and great location

The villa is a little dated and the bedding was very old with the pillowcases not even covering the pillows. A few updates would make the place gorgeous as the pool and location are fabulous. Check in was a nightmare as our flight was delayed and the contact had left and was not answering the phone - in the end VRBO managed to contact them and eventually we were sent the code to access the key.

An unfortunate experience. It gives me no joy or reprieve to write negatively about something that can effect a person's income, but this has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I feel I must. Joana pushed back our check-in time by half an hour to clean: I ask for flexibility from hosts often enough that I'm happy to offer some grace when it's asked of me. We had lunch in town & arrived two hours later. As mentioned in other reviews, this place is very difficult to find. No information, a pin drop or directions were offered after booking nor before our arrival even when she knew we were just in town. We finally arrived but hadn't been told that the gate was unlocked & to go in (it's a heavy gate, we couldn't tell it was open haha). It was frustrating to have no immediate response to texts & calls even in the midst of asking for help locating the house & getting in. Upon walking into the house, we were overwhelmed by the smell of mildew & the floors were wet (small puddles). Joana came by shortly to collect some standard paperwork & she was sweet. We voiced our concerns & said with deep regret that we think we would have to find other accommodations, but we would need a refund of the nights not stayed (if only I could so easily afford to double my travel budget!). It was polite & calm despite some language barriers & we told her that we would let her know as soon as possible our decision & to please consider a refund. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the rude & defensive the next morning when she refused any refund or responsibility. The floors were wet "from cleaning", two hours between when she had finished & our arrival. Wet floors, no matter the reason, mean the space is not ready. When we took her suggestion to open the glass windows but keep the shutters closed to air out the place, it invited in the mosquitos & flies. She refused to acknowledge any smell of mildew (I have a famously lousy sense of smell- it reeked). Despite reading a previous review from 2018 mentioning black mold I proceeded to make the reservation, plenty of time to rectify the situation, but I believe I did detect some in the bathroom & I forwarded photos to Vrbo. This says nothing of the lack of salt, pepper or oil available and the shabby decor. Great location, though, and hot water! Vrbo is another story- lovely reps but near useless in support. It was entirely upon me to navigate this with Joana. I was insulted by their indifference.

Spaß in Pollenca

Das Haus ist bestens geeignet für Paare die nicht den Trubel der touristisschen Zentren mögen. Dennoch ist es nahe genug um in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß Pollenca zu durchstreifen. Ebenfalls ist man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an den verschiedenen Stränden der Umgebung. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel passte hervorragend. Sowohl bei der Ankunft wie bei der Abreise. Das Haus ist mit allem was wir benötigten ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt hat viel Spaß gemacht.

Entspannung Pur

Der Aufenthalt in Joanas kleine aber feine Finca war sehr schön. Sehr Ruhig gelegen und mit dem Auto schnell zum Strand oder zum Einkaufen. Pollenca Stadt sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr schöne Altstadt mit vielen wunderbaren Restaurants . Joana als Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Rundum war es eine sehr schöne erholsame Zeit. Finca ist perfekt für zwei Ruhesuchende Menschen.

Das Haus hat alles was es haben soll. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Pool war Mitte Mai schon sehr schön nutzbar. Auch sehr schön ist dass man in 20 Minuten mitten im Städtchen ist.

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Umgebung zum Wandern und andere Unternehmungen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Polenta ist ein authendischer und nicht uberfüllter Ort mit Flair. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super könnte aber eine regelmäßige Grundreinigung vertragen.

Ländliche Ruhe

Wir haben 10 Tage in der kleinen Oase von Jaona verbracht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir uns die meiste Zeit unseres Urlaubs in dem schönen Garten aufgehalten haben. Den tollen Grill haben wir fast täglich benutzt und uns mit herrlich frischem Fisch, den es im Supermarkt gibt, verpflegt. Joana ist eine super nette, hilfsbereite und flexible Vermieterin, die uns jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt hat. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben fantastisch geschlafen. Joana, vielen Dank, wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub

Pleasant little villa with lovely pool and garden, ideal for couple

This is a really nice little property, in a great location. As a couple, it's unusual to find a place this well equipped, with a pool and a lovely garden, without having to splash out on extra bedrooms you don't need. It's about a fifteen-minute walk to the bars of the Plaça Major, but very peaceful. The only problem was finding it on arrival - the owner provided an address but it was beyond the capabilities of GoogleMaps. Simple directions would have been a big help.
